I suggest maybe creating your own characters...but be careful cuz youll have to really describe them because they won't have the crutch that the anime characters do in that we alrady know a lot about them before we read.

I have an idea. So I wanna read a fic about what Jesse James, Meowth would do if TR ended. Would Jessie become a full-time coordinator, would James do someone else?

I was going to write an EnergyShipping fic called Yin & Yang but gave it up. It had a sort of innocent and youthful Roark and then mature Volkner. I find the two seem to compete each other what with Volkner being very strong and Roark weaker and Volkner is melancholy and Roark is happy and whatnot. If you'd write it I'd totally read!

Can I have your permission to use the title Yin and Yang?

I keep giving up on my fics too. I was writing one called Hotel Hopping that was an advanceshipping one, and another one called A Murder of Crows that was StrikingIceShipping (Lorelei and Bruno) but gave up on that one too, plus there was that piece of crap Blinded Love that I actually POSTED... I read that now and think "oh my gosh..." and I'm currently writing one called The Winds of Water... I'm losing inspiration for that one too, but since I made a banner for it and put it in my sig I guess I have to finish that one. Good thing I have till December. Hooray for procrastinating! *claps and three cheers*

You definitely can! Give me a link to it though if it's not posted here-I'd love to read it. One I gave up but am thinking of trying again was a BetelgueseShipping one called Confidentiality. It was actually sort of funny.

I have this idea (that I've already started posting), and it goes like this:

Gold and Crys, a coordinator, set out (cliched, but not the point). Falkner joins them, reavealing that he always wanted to travel, and joins them (not based on Brock joining Ash, I just like Falkner- he's awesome). Falkner and Crys start to like each other, but Gold has an accident (blasted by all the Slowpoke in the Well because he didn't escape in time- don't ask what happened to the Rockets). Now in Goldenrod (Azalea doesn't have a hospital), Gold's recovering, but his cousin (you'll have to read to find out) knows who the Rockets are. I'm going to start on flashbacks of what happened to Red, five years prior, the next chapter.

Now, some other big plot points;

the Elite Four is evil, but not the Elite Four you know; they have one member from Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Orre, and Lance is their leader. The rest of the Elite Four starts fighting back, and Gold gets sucked in. He begins to stop gathering badges, but soon his rival, Aaron, reminds him that the badges power up your Pokemon. Eventually, Gold finishes gathering badges and Red goes off for another fight with Lance. After the Johto saga (what was mentioned above), Crys is put in a coma, Gold's cousin leaves to fight in Hoenn, and Gold and Falkner fights in Kanto. Johto has already been cleansed, and Sinnoh is being protected by Aaron and Lucien, Gold's two rivals. Silver goes to Orre, and meets Moriarty (Wes), the E4 from Orre, without knowing it. They hit it off, with similar personalities. Here the chapters will change from between the main cast in the four regions, each fighting their E4 member and defeating the regional organization.

I just need some tips on how to switch back and forth between entire regions in chapters (and some publicity), because I've always had trouble with that. Also, the link is in my sig.

Okay, this is going to take a while for me to get in my fic, but I had a really cool idea. All six fossils (except Aero, which is going to be explained) are fused when someone tries to revive them all at the same time. It has Bastodion as its torso, Rampardos as a right arm and Cradily for a left arm, its tail is Omastar's tentacles with the shell at the end, its head is a cross between Kabutops's shape and Armadlo's colors, it has Kabutops's scythes protruding from it's back like wings, and it has legs like Armadlo's but longer. I just need some help on deciding it's second typed (first is obviously Rock), and how some of the attacks would work. Also, I need help with some ships that I made up, namely Falkner and Crys and Gold and an O.C.

Heya folks, I wanted to know what you guys thought of a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fic. I've gotten quite a bit of it thought out already, and the first chapter (each broken down into four/five parts) up on my DevART, with the second chapter's 4 parts already written out.

The fic, called simply "Pokemon: Explorers of Infinity" follows a Meowth (Claws) who wakes up on a cliff's edge, his memories gone. A deepset feeling inside of him tells him that he was not always a Pokemon, and was once a human. This Meowth quickly befriends a friendly Mudkip named Kippur, who seeks to join the local guild in order to form an "Exploration and Recovery Team", but has trouble due to his meek and fearful nature. Claws, meanwhile, is lost and alone in this strange new world, but more than ready to take it on, while helping Kippur along the way!

I know it sounds alot like the opening to a Mystery Dungeon game, which is my intent. Anyone who's played through the MD series knows how the plot has some awesome and crazy twists and turns though, and Explorers of Infinity is not going to be an exception.

Some quick bullet points here;

- Set in a new Pokemon world, where natural disasters have been occuring all over, making life difficult for all. What could be causing this?
- A world filled only with Pokemon? A thing of the past! When the times get tough, will the Pokemon and humans band together, or will the strife of a dying world tear them apart?
- Who or what is our hero Claws? He certainly seems like a normal Meowth on the outside...
- Action, Humour, Drama! Aiming to include it all!

I'd love to get some feedback on this idea from you guys. If there's significant interest, I'll definetly be sure to bring Explorers of Infinity here. Each chapter comes with a chapter cover too, so it should be lots of fun!

I presume that's a joke, however, it sounds like an incredible idea. Is it here because you can't be bothered to write it or because you plan to? If the former, I would definitely want to write that.

That is an awesome idea actually. I reckon it'd be pretty boring - someone with a certain personality might even turn "evil" with the boredom - a Champion would have weight to throw around after all.

Okay, so I've created my own main protagonist, Fan. She's about fourteen and found a job with the Marina Group as their cameraman. For now I haven't established much on her appearance besides somewhat tomboyish, tall, and a brunette. Contradicting myself in irony: She works for Kyle in the Marina Group, yet is living with her uncle, Galen, Phantom's second-in-command. Their trial let them off the hook- since no one can proove Samiya was actually there. The city is was held in was not familiar in their archives with Phantom's brigade and their previous crimes.

Her aunt is Canna of the Kanto Elite Four. Galen is her ex-husband. I'm using Lorelei's Japanese name, since I'd rather use Lorelei's in-game appearance of FRLG than Prima. Fan's parents were killed when she was young, around six. I make no references to her father, just her mother, who was killed in a car crash on the Kanto Interstate. Their hometown was Pewter City and Fan was good friends with Solidad and her mother. Canna has been forced in the adoption process of Fan to send her to live with Galen, since she has spent less than a week visiting all her known relatives. It will take one year until Canna can retire from her position in the E4 and restart Fan's family.

The problem with Fan's year in Hoenn with Galen is his brother-in-law: Anthony. Anthony is abusive and drunk. He spends most of their money earned on liquor and leaves every single household chore to Fan. Cooking, cleaning, earning money for food, and paying the bills and taxes even on Galen's small double-wide trailer in Hoenn. Sometimes- but rarely, he will even hit Fan, but this is only when drunk and antagonized. Fan endures this. She sees it more important that she proves her point than fight back against Anthony. He works as a low-ranking grunt in Phantom's brigade, mostly turning away intuders and kitchen work like peeling potatoes.

Kenzo is a old man who owns a pawnshop down the Key. He is the one who does know that Galen and Anthony work for Phantom. He is large and has a personality like Wattson. He doesn't really care as he is a somewhat good friend of Anthony's. He is the grandfather of Kaito.

Kaito is Fan's crush for life. He seems to have quite the attraction towards her, but they are both too shy to admit this. His appearance is similar to Fan's, with about the same color hair, maybe a shade darker. He'll normally wear a mix of black and dark blue jeans, with a very quiet personality, but when it comes to Fan he feels the need express his feeling indirectly. He does most of the buisness behing his grandfather's pawnshop, similar to Anthony forcing Fan to do all the work around the home.

Galen is second when it comes to sentiment or sympathy. If Anthony is being the ass he usually is to Fan, he will try to prevent it, but if she can handle her own problems he lets her. He is by no means protective, is less ruthless than his brother-in-law. He is not usually around, along with Anthony, who are usually out with Phantom's brigade.

Canna serves as the only thing keeping Fan going. She's the closest to a mother figure and very adaptable to raising Fan as her own child. The only time she's referenced is in phone calls and flashbacks. She's still in Kanto at the time, and serving as the first position in the E4.

Miranda, the Movie 1 pier master, is back. I guess I've somewhat changed her appearance, but that does happen over time anyway. She and Galen aren't in a relationship, but they always had unresolved feelings. They kissed once on the dock before Galen and the brigade were sent to Hoenn again for the Manaphy Project.
She knows many of the prophecies like The Winds of Water, which was never fufilled in Movie 1. Instead, it is now being strengthened by Phantom's brigade and Aqua, who is merging with Phantom. Their previous attempt to expand the sea was stopped. Phantom never gained his place as King of the Sea, and they both recognize this. Some dialouge from the fanfic in process is this:

Archie wlked quietly into the navigation room of Phantom's ship. Meters and gauges flickered and steam was blown from vents in some of the boiler pipes. He sat down in one of the black office-like chairs as Phantom shut the door behind him.

"Hail, Captain." Phantom said to the Aqua leader.

"Same to you." Archie replied.

"Have you been informed by my crew the intentions of my plans?"

"It is more important to us that you are informed of ours." Archie responded smugly.

"What is it you want, exactly, Captain?" Phantom said in an annoyed tone.

"I would like for you to know." Archie replied. "As you may have heard, we have previously attempted to expand the mass of the sea."

"Hmmph." Phantom groaned. "And a stupid attempt at that."

"Allow me to finish. This was for the gain of Pokemon, and thier further generations, evolutions, and so forth. You seem not to have the same vision our crew has been dreaming."

"No, I have not. But nevertheless, I will continue to further your plans. Our funds are much greater than yours."

"And we will give you all profit made off past scandals." Archie happily offered the Phantom.

"I see where you are going. Very well. As this is a plan much easily brought to reality. But my crew and I must request 'your sea' for the much improved convenience of the capture of legendary Pokemon. For your plans to be carried out... I will need your assistance in the capture of the dieties, Kyogre and Palkia."

Archie sneered.

"Bah. You mock our power. But without us... You are less than before."

He held out his hand. The Phantom swiftly clasped it and firmly shook.

"Done. You will have your essence of the Pokemon of the sea."

"And you will have your legendary captures. If all goes well... We will form into an alliance."

They both laughed evilly in a wave of laughter. And a young brunette girl hiding behing a boiler tank gasped at what she had heard from the two evil leaders. Even her uncle did not know of this. And she did not plan to tell him... Unless mutiny were to be needed.

Any ideas for how th prophecy comes into play?

There's a story I've been wanting to write for some time, but I'm not sure if it's as good as it could be. Here's the basic plot:

There's a guy, about 12 years old, called Kenny (Ken). There's been a recent spate of armed robberies and attacks in Blackthorn city, the city next to his home town, 'Mahogany Town'. He has an ambition to stop them but, going to the lake of rage so he can capture a pokemon to fight with, he is accidentally transformed into a Dratini. The main storyline is trying to find why he has changed, how to undo it, and, if he can deal with Team Rocket at the same time.

What do you think? Any good?

Any thoughts? Anyone? Honestly, I can't start writing unless I know wether it's goign to be any good or not.

I had this winner of a crack-fest pop up in my brain today. Would you read it? Does it sound interesting/funny/whatever?:

Barry has been spending a lot of his time at the Team Galactic headquarters since he met and "befriended" Mars (it was more like Mars liking Barry and forcing him to hang out with her, but he doesn't really mind that anymore). He used to visit only when Mars was there or none of the other commanders were around - he thought they were bit intimidating - but as his adventure progressed he found the courage to meet and strike up chats with them and the grunts, making friends though a bit more willingly than he had with Mars.

Things went smoothly for quite a while, up until the Galactic Bomb at Lake Valor went off and Barry was sent by Rowan to inspect Lake Acuity. It was there he discovered that Team Galactic really was evil - he never listened to Lucas or Dawn's babbling. But he refused to give up his friendship with Mars or his recently developed crush on Saturn, and ran to Mars for help on making Saturn feel the same in secret hopes he could lure both of them away from Team Galactic.

(This is where the actual story starts! All of that was backstory, save for the last sentence.)

Mars remarks that Jupiter is easily more qualified for the job, but since neither of them like her (and the feelings are mutual) she's happy to help him. She says that before Barry can admit things to Saturn they have to "awaken his other, neglected emotions, like fear and stuff first," (he's pretty cold, isn't he?) which Barry reluctantly agrees to. Hilarity ensues.

However, there is one big obstacle: no one in Team Galactic, especially Jupiter, can learn about their scheme, because they'll probably go and ruin everything. And during their adventures, Mars starts realizing just how much she admires Barry...

A lot of shippings (Team Galactic related or not) aren't present at the start, but pop up as the story unfolds. Also, reasons concerning Mars, Jupiter and Saturn's names, their relationships with Cyrus prior to Team Galactic, etc. are revealed.

I need help with deciding what situations Mars and Barry could put Saturn in to "awaken" his subdued emotions. Since Mars is thinking them up, most if not all of them should be pretty ridiculous. P:
