Thread: A Sprite Contest: Rainbow-fying

Make a pokemon RAINBOW!

DEADLINE: END OF 17th.Winner(s) is being determined.

It'd also be great if people could start telling be what they want if they win.
There will be a panel of judges including myself

I think the'll be judged by
-How neatly it was executed
-If it's an actual rainbow, and not just multicolored
-How complex the pokemon is
-How pretty it is
-Creativity/Originality
-Gradients: Those get you bonus points if done well

There will be prizes. Depending on how many entries there are, there may be multiple first prizes.

You can get (in order of best to worst):
-a costom-bred pokemon, with 2 egg moves and 2 (maybe 3) perfect IVs with all other IVs above 20
-any item availiable from the Pokeathalon prizes (including nuggets, pp ups, rare candies, etc)
-more may be added

I made a rainbow dragonair! :)

Wow, this took forever. Hope it qualifies! I worked very very hard on it.

Took ages in MS Paint! I wasn't sure if you wanted to keep the original sprite shading, so I did.

P.S. The Toxicroak and the Mightyena really have the right idea. So does the dragonair, but I think they may have used the pallet from my pillow-shaded rayquaza.

They're all accepted, I'm just saying that those ones are along the lines of what I'm picturing in my head.

While yours is still beautiful, the color doesn't 'go with the pokemon's body'. Kayumi's doesn't either.

Thanks! Glad I got the right idea! I don't think I've ever really recoloured sprites before so I didn't know whether to stick to the shading or not.
