um the icicles are really good. the one on top of the head sort of puts me off... it would also be good to use acual parts of pokemon and colours of them to.

Spinda sunflora. its pretty good. looks like a big torchic dressed like a sunflora. the outline is a little to bright around the flowers.

Keep on making more. i dont know if you have one, but a sprite shop would be good to
