Yeah, each round two people will be kicked out until the final, where the public will decide.

I think Raikou used the Sugimori art for reference, but I'm fairly sure it's scratched.

And I have an Ampharos in my current HG team (only got it last weekend xD) and it's awesome, that scratch looks mega-cute. :3

And yeah, you can change your entries any time before the deadline.
