Well I mess around with recolorings and some splices. (And the occasional devamp/revamp)

Can you make sprites from scratch? I need someone to make sprites of the Pokemon in my fanfic. Even if you can't, soe of them could be made from the sprites of existing Pokemon. PM or VM me if interested and I'll give you the details.

I'm not sure...other than that small little messup (really small), it depends.
