Thread: Urban Rivals

Tailisu was taking a few moments to catch his breath before speaking again, maybe he should practice his powers some more when he has free time. "I'm.. I'm Tailisu, funny how we fought together and most of us don't even know each other's name." He noted.

"Yeah, good point," Lucy said. "What about the rest of you? What are your names?"

"Michael. It's a pleasure."

Asilla saw there was others. "Hi, I'm Asilla." she said.

Dawn looked at the girls. "My name is Dawn." she said.

Nero only turned, scanning the room. "Nero," he stated simply, walking towards on of the doors before exiting.

Dawn ran to Nero, and slapped him. "Dolt. Stay put. What if there was a Feral?" she said.

Asilla trapped Nero in vines. "There." she said after dancing a victory dance.

"My name is Vincent." Vincent said, pocketting the money in the register. "I'm the most kawaii destruction user in town!"

Nero felt the slap hit his head, before turning to respond with a blast of fire that burned through the vines.

However, Dawn had a point. Ferals were something to be afraid of. Not for him, maybe; but everyone else. His Lateral would be his guide. Nero decided to keep walking, opening the door.

What was behind it made him stop in his tracks.

Tailisu looked really confused at Vincent. "Why are you taking the money from the register when we won like $60,000 dollars from the completion of the mission?" He asked him.

Michael peers over Nero's shoulder to see what is in the closet.

Dawn and Asilla nod, pull their weapons, and peek at the Object.

Lucy, seeing Nero freeze, lifted up the shards of vase again.
She's psychic! Sarah thought as she sat down. She began concentrating- much harder than she ever had before in her entire life. She began shaking, but she didn't even notice.
Lucy gave her a concerned glance, but kept her focus on Nero. She turned invisible again and silently walked around to see what was inside, vase pieces at the ready.

Asilla prepared for an attack, pointing her staff into the closet. Dawn did the same, flaming arrows at the ready.

Inside of the room was... horrible.

Bodies; hung by their feet like meat. Stripped naked and skin bursting, blood trickling and eyes emotionless. Nero narrowed his eyes, recoiling. The smell was horrid. Death was the scent. Fucking disgusting.

However, the boy kept his composure; walking into the room. He made to not look at them, instead proceeding to the door at the end of the room.

Asilla and Dawn followed, with clothespins over their noses. "That feels better." said Dawn.
