Thread: Urban Rivals

Dawn and Asilla did the same, Dawn returning to her White 2 movie-making, and Asilla pulling Black 2 out of thin air, with a DSi.

danate would leave his room quietly. He had his backpack packed and had locked his room behind him, he was heading to the courtyard.

Dawn and Asilla were busy trading. "I'll give you my Shelmet for Karrablast." said Asilla. "Done deal." said Dawn.

"Gomen." Virgil said the the man, bowing reverently. Then he saw Dante.
"Konnichiwa! You look kawaii!" Virgil said, waving.

Asilla shook her head as she received the promised Karrablast, and it then evolved into Escavalier.

Lucy impatiently checked her phone again. Seriously, what's wrong with this thing? I can usually get wifi in places that don't have wifi! And this place has it anyway!
Sarah managed to create a cat. "Lucy! Can you come tell me if you can feel this cat?"
Lucy walked over and touched the cat, her hand going through it. "It's sort of like water. With surface tension. I can feel the surface, but it just feels like air inside," she said, pulling her hand out of the illusion.

Dawn looked at Lucy after Shelmet evolved into Accelgor. "Is anything wrong?" she asked the strange girl.

Tailisu noticed the created cat and crouched to inspect it. He saw Lucy's hand go through over it, so it was an illusion. "Cool lateral" He said.

Asilla looked at Tailisu. "Strange guy." she said. "If you have a Boldore, we can trade and evolve ours!" she said to Dawn. "Okay!" Dawn replied.

"Neko! So kawaii~! Nyan~" Virgil said, crouching down and petting the cat.

Asilla got up and hit Virgil with her staff. "It's an illusion, idiot." she said after her new Boldore and Dawn's new Boldore evolved into Gigalith. "That. Looks. Kick-butt. Cool." she said.

"Lucy, please freeze her again." Virgil said, having grafted metal into his body in time to not take much damage from the hit.

OOC: By the way, I know this RPG doesn't actually take place in Japan. Or at least, I don't think so. Virgil's just a weeaboo who uses Japanese words even though he knows very little Japanese or about the actual culture.

Asilla turned back to trades. "I'll give you Poliwhirl for Poliwhirl with King's Rock!!! For more evos!" she said to Dawn. "Okay!!!" said Dawn.

(OOC: Alright guys, back on topic xD Sorry about my lack of posts. I was neck deep in work from school.)

Once everyone had taken out their phones, they were to read the flood of messages.

1. "Help, I can't find my son!"
2. "Large beasts found on the outskirts of town."
3. "Powerful fires erupting everywhere."
4. "Mass robberies happening all over the districts."

There seemed to be crimes and happenings appearing all over town. All of these seemed like regular requests to law enforcement. Nothing too major.

However, all of them had one thing in common: the reward money.

"The mistress has stated that it will be up to you all how you shall operate. However, she recommends that you all become a team," a team? After only one mission? Like that would happen.

(OOC: These missions are not real ones. These are just incentives. Send me a PM if you want to do a specific mission. Tell me everything I need to know about it, and why Lateralists should be hired for the job.)

Dawn and Asilla whipped out their phones. "Fires everywhere? I know what we're doing." Dawn said to Asilla, giving her arrows the Water Element.
