Calvin nodded passively, but Camille shuddered, and looked jittery.

Julie Anne proceed to the courtyard timidly,while deciding which Pokémon to enter

Calvin walked to the courtyard, having decided who he would use. "Ready when you are." He said, bowing in a gentlemanly way.

Julie Anne looked timidly with a Pokéball on hand.
"Oui,I am ready,sir Calvin"she said,smiling sweetly.

"By all means, ladies first." Calvin said back.

"merci,sir Calvin"Julie Anne said,senting out her Emolga

"Lucario, battle stations!" Calvin threw hs Pokeball, and from t, Lucario came, bowing respectfully to Emolga before assuming a battle stance. "I reiterate, ladies first."

"wow,that Lucario looks well-trained and powerful"Julie Anne said impressed with her hands on her cheek.
"But anyways,Emolga,use Acrobatics!"Julie Anne said,pointing up.Emolga swiftly flew up and attacked.

"No doubt that Emolga's not holding an item." Calvin muttered, "Flash Cannon." Lucario planted his feet, and fired a blast of light energy to intercept the attacker.

Julie Anne started to smile."Quick Emolga, spin to dodge and continue attack!" Emolga spinned to the side while moving towards Lucario in quick speed.

"Move it." Calvin said blandly. Lucario changed the direction of the attack, sweeping it in Emolga's direction.

Emolga got hit,making her go backwards.She landed on her feet."Are you alright,dear Emolga?"Julie Anne asked her Emolga."Emo-emol!"Emolga nodded with a very calm smile."That was a good hit."Julie said with a smile.Emolga flew up again like nothing happened to her.

Ragna came out of the dining area and started to watch the battle.
