Thread: New Beginnings: A Unova Role-Play

Justin decided he'd wander about the ship for a little while, curious about what was onboard. He checked the current deck he was on wondering where he could get some food.

Keita sighed and asked himself, "will this stupid boat ever begin boarding passengers?" Keita was sick and tired of putting his hands into the water and just sitting there. He was so hungry, that he couldnt ignore the roaring of his stomach.

Suddenly, Jun's fishing pole bent over so much, the it nearly snapped. He tugged at it, and began to reel up, although it wasn't easy. Jun pulled, and pulled, and his trophy was finally emerging, hooked, over the side of the boat. Jun grinned. He had hooked a Sharpedo. It snapped at him, but Jun cut the line. "Finally." was all he could say, baiting another hook.

As Kiri read, her stomach grumbled. Almost blushing, even though she knew no one could have heard it, she put her book in her backpack and decided to go put her stuff in her cabin, and try to find some food around here. She walked off the main deck and into the ship, looking for the way to the cabins. She stood there, biting her lip, unsure of where to go...

Justin was unsure where to go, wondering,"Where is the buffet or anything?" He continued to wander the ship

Jun noted Justin's question. "You could have some of this." he said, holding up some fishing bait.

With a small sigh, Kiri took off down a corridor she hoped would lead her to the cabins. After walking around aimlessly she did indeed find them, and her own labeled #5. She laid down her bag and left, starting to look around for some food.

After a while, Camille and Calvin realized they couldn't sleep, and got up, exploring the deck. After a while, they spotted a girl. "Trouble navigating?" Calvin asked from a distance.

Keita noticed the boy with some fishing bait. He ran over to him, grabbed the fishing bait, and popped it in his mouth. Keita then smiled at Jun and said, "hey, thanks a lot! i was starving!"

"Um.....that's not wierd." Jun said, a tad sarcastic. "Anyways, I'm Jun."

Keita gulped down the bait, and said, "nice to meet you. I'm keita. You're going on the ship to Unova?"

Kiri looked up at the two people near her, appearing to be twins. The male had spoken, and Kiri tried hard to not stammer. "O-Oh well, yeah, I.. I was trying to figure out where I could get some food," she said with a nervous laugh while rubbing the back of her neck.

Both twins were holding Pokenavs, which were beeping rapidly. After a second, the beeping stopped. Ship map sucessfully downloaded. The computerized voices beeped. "We can help with that. We were going there anyway." They said. "By the way, I'm Calvin, and this is Camille."

Jun nodded. "And you?" he asked, casting his rod again.

Kiri smiled. "I'm Kiri, i-it's nice to meet you both," she said. She couldn't take her eyes off of the twins' PokeNavs. They were so cool; much cooler than the Poketch she wore around her wrist. Although, she thought to herself, the new models are an improvement over the last ones for sure...
