Thread: The Mystery of Raingulf Island (Start-up)

"Well, its been fun, but I better get back." Liam apologized. "Come find me when you arrive."

Bones slapped his new friend on the back jokingly.

"Later." he said.

Jimmy looked up at the two trainers with him.

"Hi guys. I don't believe we're properly aquainted yet. I'm Jimmy."

"Hi! Im Nack Treestone! My dad is the one in charge of the exploration." said Nack

Liam laughed, and took off. He flew back into the forest. He found that the lake he had fought the Gyrados near was all dried up.

"I'm Abagail Harris, but call me Abby," Abby introduced herself.

Jimmy shook Nack and Abby's hands.

"Well met. This is my Marowak, Bones."

He gestured to Bones who looked up with a blank expression.

"Cool!" said Nack. He sent out his Cranidos and Zubat, which he had healed with Max Revives. "And these are my two Pokemon. The Zubat is named Zipper, and the Cranidos is Hardhead."

"This is Shay, my Shiny Liepard," Abby started, "And Munchies is my Axew, and Tiny the Rufflet."

Shay bowed her greeting. Munchies jumped up and down in joy while Tiny hid behind Abby.

Parker awoke to a rumbling of thunder and thudding from others walking. He got up and left his sleeping quarters to see who was on the boat.

Liam flew to a large tree limb. He curled up and closed his eyes. He began to meditate.

Bones, as if by natural instinct, put his skull against Hard Head's. He put on a competetive looking face sized up.

Jimmy laughed. "Chill out, Bones."

Hardhead grinned and looked Bones in the eye.

"My head harder than yours." he said.

The thunder clouds went away. Liam still sat. He then opened his eyes to a low grumbling noise. It was his stomach. Liam flew up the tree to a small orchard of papaya. He grabbed one, and began to nibble at it.

Bones laughed and pulled a clever comeback:

"That may be so. But, that doesn't mean it's harder than this skull."

He was referring to the fact that his true head was concealed under the skull. Not actually exposed.

"That what I meant." Hardhead replied.
