It is the year 2198, and a huge shift in politics has shifted, and all the citizens are taken in for a extremely bumpy ride. All around the globe, totalitarianism spreaded like wildfire, burning everything in its path and encompassed the world. Not even the stations orbiting the planet out in space aren't safe. Now people have to wear ID cards, street battles with Pokemon are outlawed, the Gyms and Leagues were forced to close, the Contests were canceled due to the Ribbon Syndicate somehow went bankrupt, the Battle Frontiers were torn down and replaced with brutal and unrelenting coliseums, breeding centers were under surveillance, the Jennies became obsolete and were given pink slips, as well as the Joys, then were replaced with the Jacksons and Pains respectively and the regional professors were thrown in jail. Everything was going south, basically.
The governments have a police force that goes beyond any law that is passed, and are called "the Corps", due to the fact that they are trained at the level of Marines. No one dared to oppose them, but no one accepted the lies that they spew. Until one day, one man did the unthinkable - stole a military-grade prototype exo-suit that was for adaptive moderate warfare. This suit could transform inself and the wearer into a walking living armory. As such, due to the possible evil it could be used for, this was the reason why it was stolen. This man lead a revolution that ultimately failed over the span of 30 years. He was called Paladin, a "Child of Revolution". He once bore a flag with a gray background showing a red arm holding a sword crossed with a blue arm holding a olive branch. Below them, in purple, were, translated from Latin, "Peace is Gained at the Sword's Tip".
At the end of those 30 years, Paladin was finally caught in London, where an shot from a tank hit him square in the back, sending him into a wall, unconscious. He was publically executed in front of the Tower of London after being revealed of his true identity as Travis Chorcino, engineer extrodinaire and the maker of the exo-suit know as the Technoneurotic Enhancement Cybersuit Mark I (T.E.C. Mk. 1), which was taken for studying and perhaps reverse-engineering. Still, he hid secrets from the government that a few know - he made multiple cybersuits, the Mk. II suits and hid them in the last places the Corp members will ever look.
You are the next Paladins. You have found one of the Mk. 2 suits, thus making you a Child of Revolution. Your job is to finish what the original Travis started and overthrow the governments. Yet, with all this power, will you join your brethern or betray them?
Let the cogs spin as the rebellion starts, and thus, peace is gained at the tip of the sword......

History: Seighart grew up a Coliseum goer and lover. Something about them just fascinates him. As he got older and dove himself futher into education, he learned the horrors of the world. Disgusted that even the United Staes adopted the new government style, he got on a plane to Sinnoh and start there. While there, he had heard and watch of Paladin's demise, the sole light in the world extinguished. However, when he came to his rented house in Twinleaf City, he found a celler and went inside it. After unintentionally unlocking the place (by turning on the lights and hitting a switch disguised as a wrench), he found a Cybersuit identical yet different to the old Paladin's armor. After hearing a playback message, Seighart took the Cybersuit and became a new Paladin.
