You act like that's a good thing...Anyway, tendons are really strong. It's unlikely the bridge snaps. But okay. My character stabs your dude to death with his pitchfork, takes his bow and arrows, ties the rope to it, and shoots it to the other end, then uses that as a bridge because that's pretty obviously what you wanted even if it's the lamest way to solve it.

Unlikely. Tendons don't really rot. They're even used for bow strings. And okay, what was your plan?

How would you use the rope, though? You'd have to attach it to something to go across it.
rope arrow. need I say more? perhaps I am a bit stringent in my GMing and that's something I need to work on. Its just I prefer a more basic way of doing things as typically people go for the simplest, so it jsut fits better in my opinion.
