Have ideas? Questions for other members? Are you a lurker who just wants to tell _____ how awesome their Villain is?
This is the place to do it!

Y'know how sometimes superheroes and villains form kinda teams? Like, the Justice League and stuff? I think it might be cool if we could add some kind of mechanic for that. Like, maybe you could hire two people from your "League" and it would only act as one for the purposes of allies in PRPs?
It's an intriguing idea - I'd like to hear some input from other members on it.
Can two characters belonging to the same player work together in the same plot?
Together? Yes. Against each other? Obviously no. :XD:
Miloticgirl used two of her Heroes in the same Plot and it didn't cause any significant issues - though it does run the risk of lending the RP'r an advantage. The DISadvantage for the RP'r is that both of their characters are tied up in one RP, instead of two.
Winning a Plot in which two of your characters are involved still only counts as one Victory, the same going for Losses.
Excellent. The plot, as they say, thickens.
I think we should have some formal rules for acquiring equipment in-game. It should require a reasonable amount of effort. Like, unless your guy was rich, they'd have to find a way to earn money if they wanted to get a pony on short notice, such as robbing a bank or stealing a priceless jewel.
Oh yes, there's one other thing I need to mention. The forthcoming arc I have planned for Icira depends greatly on her ability to create and steadily enlarge an army of Faceless Goons—humanoid creatures that act kind of like mindless stormtroopers. I hope this isn't a problem?
I reckon its a little tight in certain cities...you know, super villains not having room for the full extent of their power. Maybe we should expand the world a little, have more cities to flex about.
Not a problem at all - "goons" are an acceptable, and necessary, evil. As long as they stay nameless, faceless, inconsequential, and distinctly underpowered, that is.
Any city is up for grabs - New York, Los Angeles, London, Rome, Hong Kong, Damascus, Paris, etc.
I had considered creating an entirely fictional RGverse, with it's own cities, nations, and governments - but it seemed a little limiting. The whole world is up for grabs!
The League is a brilliant idea, but how to set it up...
Well, I'd say first thing's first: Rules.
Obviously, we don't want all the Heroes in one League and all the Villains in another (that would be rather self-defeating), so what should be the maximum number of characters in a League?
Note:
The current number of Heroes: 20
The current number of Villains: 18
I think four would make sense. That way you can pick out of three other villains/heroes.
Not an even number, I think. Five makes sense.
Here's an idea....how about if the villain teams are the titular Rogues Galleries? Then we have a fun little title-drop.
I think that you might need a certain number of wins to found a group, and the amount of members is capped by the founder's wins. Like, maybe you need four wins to start a league, and the maximum amount of members is wins/2. So if, say, OP started a league, and he had 8 wins, he'd be able to have 8 members, and if Icira started one and had 20 wins, she'd be able to recruit 10 members. This could be justified by the hero or villain gaining fame and/or fortune as they get wins, and thus allowing them to plug their group to get more members and have the resources necessary to maintain their organization.
Also, on an unrelated note, can Disarray stand trial next? He turned himself in since he finds getting arrested undignified.
