Is it okay if I gave you your first job? :3 Jobception. Since you already have some knowledge on Classes, why not make some? I have basically 3 groups of classes in mind. Primary/Starter, Secondary, and Ultimate. I don't think I'm going to give you any examples and ruin what you might make up for us all at the end of the day, so I'll just wait and see when it's done. How about it? Willing to give it a go?

Ex.
Scholar gain more Exp after battle.
Fighter gets more Str/Atk during battle.
Those are the benefits of the Abilities. You can create names for the abilities too x)

Well, if anyone interested in helping me, then they could shoot me a VM/PM.
But first, I need to know what classes will @Renewal make. Its the only way I could made the weapon, armor, and accessory for each class.
For example:
Sword can only be used by warrior, paladin, and ninja and stuffs like that.
You don't want to see a priest using a greatsword, right?

Scholar: gameplay boosts; master-of-none fighter
Healer: support/healing
Mage: offensive magic

Monk: physical glass cannon
Archer: ranged fighter

Captain: Fighter/Scholar; leadership bonuses
Wizard: improved Mage
Renegade: Fighter/Thief; pragmatic/sneaky boosts

Now, now... You must be confused after reading that boring, thick wall of text. But yes, that's really necessary.
That's the list of usable weapon by each class.
Here's a quick description of each weapon:
Sword - a basic weapon usable by many class. Can be used with a shield.
Staff - usually used by magic casters. It has a weak attack, but it absorbs some MP if its used to attack. Can be used with a shield
Whip - weak attack, but hits many enemies in battle. Can be used with a shield
Claw - offers strong attacks and adds a little speed/agility
Rapier - moderate attack, but gives more speed and magic attack. Can be used with a shield
Fan - Moderate attack, but evasion chance increase.
Greatsword - deals high damage, but lower evasive chance a little.
Swordcatcher - deals little damage, but could counter attacks dealt by swords.
War hammer - deals massive damage, adds 10% chance of stunning enemy, but greatly lower evasion chance
Axes - deals massive damage, moderately decrease evasion chance.
Shield - gives 5% of blocking attacks
Spears - can be used as a short range weapon, but also can be used as a long range weapon by throwing it. (Note that if you throw the spear, it will lose.)
Guns - a super long range weapon. Adds 3% of disabling the enemy.
Rifle - a super long range attack. Adds 3% of stunning the enemy.
Magic books - greatly increase magic damage, but be used as a physical attack.
Mace - similar to staffs, only that maces deals only physical damage, no additional magic attack. Can be used with shields.
Sabers - if used by a mounted knight, gives 5% chance of stunning enemy. Can be used with shields
Knifes - deals light damage, but raise evasion chance and the increase the chance to steal from thief's ability.
Bows - a ranged weapon. Requires arrow to attack
Great bow - a ranged weapon. Requires arrow to attack and gives 3% chance of stunning.
Crossbow - a ranged weapon. Can travel a longer distance than greatbows and bows, but can't reach higher place.
Katanas - same like swords but can't be used with shields, but it deals bigger damage.
Naginatas - same like spears, but can't be thrown and deals higher damage.
Nunchaku - deals moderate damage, but hit twice.
