Card game tornament, maybe (probably no, as only Nico has cards). Four fiends thing, yes. Very good idea.
Also, in case people haven't noticed, I'm changing some of the story to match some of the character's backstory (A guy's soul got kidnapped, for one.)

Maybe have a fighting tourney?

No, but they can learn new moves. Every time a crystal is restored, it lets each member of the party learn a new skill.

I just had an idea. What if the princess were going to save becomes our white mage.
