"But we're not there yet," Kai said as he took Eric's hand and shook it. "My name is Kai."

"Nice to meet you, Kai. I like your Roselia by the way. Very elegant, great for contests," Eric commented.

"Thanks, she's my most trusted partner," he replied. "My only one, too, but that's beside the point. Your seedot looks well trained as well."

Delia smiled at Eric upon hearing the compliment.

"Thank you. We've been together for 6 years now, and we're really close," Eric explained.

"Really? I've been with Delia 6 years as well," Kai replied. "She's like my sister."

"Well that's an interesting way to think about it," Eric said, grinning. "But whatever floats your boat."

"It's just another way to say that we're really close." Kai said.

Rin snickered, with her trademark mischievous grin. "Wow, I even made the one obvious. Boys are so dense!" she commented, sticking her tongue out at Kyle. At the same time however, she was concerned about seeming mean. She never thought of herself as just being anything more than a fan of pranks.
However, she was still pretty bored regardless. She stood up before a response could come and walked over to the lab door again, to knock on it. *knocks* Before someone could answer, she quickly hid behind some bushes. "Yes?" she heard a man answer. She giggled. She then repeated this process until the man's answer was "Yes, who the hell is it?!"
Hehehehehehe!! This is fun.

Goodness gracious, she must have been the one, Kyle thought, Such a shame, too. She's kinda cute. Birch, where the heck are you!?

"You seem to be enjoying yourself," he sighed.

Oh right... forgot he was still here.

"And what if I am?" she retorted, having hidden again after knocking on the lab's door. Professor Birch better hurry up. If he was here on my schedule, I'd have probably defeated the Elite Four by now in all the regions! Wait... the other regions have Elite Fours too?
"Now if Birch could just I dunno... show up, I could get started catching Pokemon." Rin was getting annoyed now. She had this boy hanging around her for some reason, who she suspected would snitch on her, and Birch had yet to show up. Rock, paper, scissors? Thumb war? There has to be something to do in this dull town!

Luna felt weird just silently walking. She felt the need to talk about something.

"Hey...um...how was the boat ride?" Luna asked Drew.

"It was pretty good." Drew answered as they walked. How about you?" He then asked.

"It was alright," Luna replied, "I don't really enjoy riding boats though."

"Oh, why is that?" Drew then asked.

"I get seasick easily," Luna admitted, "So...I've never been a fan of riding on boats."
