Thread: School Daze (Elysion and Midorikawa)

Rubbing his eyes tiredly, he glanced at the clock by his bed. His blue - gray eyes widened.

Shit.

Leaping out of bed, Adrian rushed to the bathroom to get ready. He was a seventeen year old kid in his last year of high school with brown hair and a somewhat pale complexion with a slim build, standing at 5'6". His alarm did not ring once again and he had overslept by half an hour. Gathering some clothes scattered on the floor , he changed into a black t-shirt with a white jacket over it, a pair of black jeans and black sneakers. He grabbed shoulder bag as well as a couple of books he needed and shoved them into his bag. Skipping breakfast(much too late for that), Adrian hurried out the door of the apartment he was living in.

He sprinted towards the subway station, hoping he would be able to catch the train.

Navi stretched as he walked to the train station. He had long black hair that went to his waist, and his bangs were a strip dyed blue. His eyes were a beautiful blue as well. His skin was olive in color and he wore leather moccasins with his long-sleeved shirt that looked to be made from animal skin, with fringes and simple black pants. His leather backpack was safely strapped onto his back. He stands at 5'5'' with a thin build.

He walked onto the train right before the doors were about to close.

Adrian ran towards the train just in time before the doors were about to close, almost crashing in to someone. He sat down on one of the empty seats, catching his breath.

"Just in time man," Navi said seeing the other kid bust in breathing heavily.

Adrian looked up to see a male around his age with a rather unusual appearance. His dark hair was long and his eyes were a shade of blue different to his, which were slightly gray. Adrian figured this person must go to the same school as he does.

"Yeah, I overslept," Adrian replied, smiling slightly.

"Really? What school do you go to? I'm new I the city so I don't know anyone."

"Geto High. Its my last year," Adrian responded. "You're not from here? Well, you definitely won't be bored around here. Its quite a city," Adrian chuckled at his own words.

"Geto high? That's where I'm going. I'm Navi by the way," he introduced himself.


(My grandma's a genius. I just tried to put beef jerky in the fridge ._.)

"Cool. I'm Adrian," Adrian introduced himself. "What year are you Navi?"

(o.O Haha. XD)

"Senior. So I'm graduating this year. Ironic considering I just moved here," he shrugged.

"It is," Adrian smiled. "Maybe we'll have some classes together since I'm a Senior myself."

"It would be nice to know someone, but you don't think I'm weird?"

"Weird?" Adrian raised an eyebrow. Despite Navi's unusual appearance, Adrian didn't find anything strange about him. Besides, this city wasn't a place Adrian could classify as normal - far from it. Adrian grinned. "Don't worry - this city's not exactly what you would call normal."

"I'm usually considered weird among the weird," Navi shrugged again as the train stopped at their stop."Guess this is our stop," he said getting off.

"Yeah," Adrian said and got off the train as well. He figured Navi couldn't be that strange, considering the experiences he always had with the people around the city. In fact, the people within the city were so strange it almost seemed like a normal occurrence that shouldn't be disrupted.

Adrian smiled happily - seems that he would be just on time for school.
