Damn. Knowing us, and her, it might not be just a dream. We need to be careful.

Maya just stroked Annie's hair and said nothing. She sat down beside Calvin and just hugged Annie tight.

I knew I should have blown the place up before we left. Everyone was still in there when we left. Calviin thought to himself before becoming aware of the other two telepaths in the room. Did I say that out loud?

"Thought." Annie corrected, sniffling and rubbing her eyes.

"Same difference." Calvin said, scratching his head((Hey, I rhymed)). "Look, I don;t care what it takes, but I'll make sure those guys don't find us... I'm not gonna promise that since I don't know what we're up against yet, but I am saying that I'll do my best."

Annie gave them a little smile. Maya yawned slightly.

"We should probably get some sleep." Calvin said.

Pretty-soon, both of them were asleep, Maya's head on his shoulder, Annie curled into a ball against his arm.

The next morning, sometime before dawn, a bloodcurdling scream ripped through the once quiet atmosphere. Calvin was shocked and and fell out of the bed. "What in the hell?!" He muttered to himself, grabbing the baseball bat and running into Camille's room. Indeed, she was sitting upright, looking as though she'd been through Hell and back.

Maya was right behind him, a confused and sleepy Annie in her arms. Mina was right behind them.

Brianne sat up with a yelp and bumped her head on the headboard.

"You two okay? What the hell happened?" Calvin exclaimed, looking ready to bash something into next week.

"They-I-Umm-They were here, and-and-and-there was white, and-and-and..." Camille said, obviously in hysterics.

Calvin smiled his 'I don't get paid enough to put up with bullshit like this' smile, and tried to calm her down. Yet she wouldn't stop trembling and whimpering. Maya dear, fetch me the airhorn, please.

Maya wan't listening, or wouldn't. She sat down beside Camille and stroked her hair. Does shw mean the whitecoats?

Calvin rolled his eyes, looking ready to punch something through the nearest wall. The hell should I know? I couldn't understand a word she said.

Maya gave him a Look. OMA, I thought you were the smart one. Ask her what she meant, she's calming down.

Excuse me for speaking English. Calvin thought as he knelt in front of Camille. "Now, can you tell me what happened?"

"White... there was white everywhere... and there were tanks... one for everyone..." Camille said shakily, clinging to him like kudzu to a tree.
