"Yeah I guess I understand." Kalvin nodded her head in agreement.

"So, should we check out that egg daycare?" Jake asked while holding on to the egg.

"No, our baby stays with us," Abby said as she was acting protective.

"No I mean if we should stay there." Jake clarified.

"No," Abby replied, "We don't want to lose our baby in the midst of the other eggs there."

"True." Jake nodded his head and turned to the Zapdos.

"I will take you to a private room." the Zapdos nodded his head solemnly.

"Thank you," Abby nodded as she followed the Zapdos.

A few hours later.

Jake was with Abby now, the two had been taken to a larger cave, this one was big enough to house them and the egg. "I'm really worried."

"About what, dear?" Abby said. She felt the egg move slightly,but didn't think anything of it. She kept her attention on Jake.

"About this whole thing and the baby too." Jake nodded his head and pouted at the egg. "I don't want it to get hurt, but if we don't fight then we'll just be forced to."

"We'll take turns," Abby replied, "One will fight while one watches the baby. Then, we'll switch."

"Is it like when parents take shifts to change it?" Jake asked, a little amused by the fact they were talking about fighting as if it was a chore.

"Yes," Abby replied with a smile. The egg moved more.

"Hey Abby...." Jake's gazed turned to the egg and lowered itself slowly. "Did it just move?"

Abby looked at the egg, only to see it perfectly still.

"Nope," Abby replied, "Maybe you're imagining things." the egg slightly moved again.

"I'm pretty sure it just moved." Jake pointed out, his eyes opening widely as he pointed at the egg.
