Thread: Pokémon: The Unreal Conspiracy *Me and Anthony*

Flame thanks the Ranger and says goodby. "My old friend has a place here, its a short walk away, we could stay there." Flame suggests

"Sounds good," Anthony said looking around nervously as if he expected the luxray to return.

The two powerful trainers arrived at the home. The door was unlocked and they walked in. "You want the couch or the bed" he asks

"I dont know if I'll be able to sleep after that," Anthony said. "Where's your friend, I'd want to make sure its ok with him first."

Anthony walked about the house and didn't find any living soul. It was the middle of the night, where could this person possibly be?

"He's out in Johto. He said when i get to Oreburgh i can rest up here." Flame says

"Very well, lets sleep here," Anthony said, "I'll take the couch."

Anthony laid his things down and curled up on the couch. His dreams were not well. He was running, running through darkness that seemed never ending, eyes horrible glowing red eyes were following him watching his every move. Things with wings were chasing him, he could hear the flapping and the noise of their screeching behind him.

Yet, there was one thing that seemed ever present, ever completely horrible. The world didn't make any sense. One moment he was on what appeared to be solid ground, another he was falling and another he was flying upward, then side to side. It was as if gravity had gone haywire. Reality seemed to fade and morph before his eyes. Darkness undulating with a strange light to a foggy cliff side, or a dead forest.

Anthony screamed in terror, or at least opened his mouth, nothing came out. He grabbed his head as images seemed to spiral around him. The darkness, the forest, the chasing winged omens, the eyes, and then one thing finally eclipsed him a loud terrible hissing noise. His ears rang with it. The darkness seemed to vanish and he was a world of nothingness with that terrible hissing noise dominating his reality. Anthony covered his ears, but it was all in vain.

Then, he woke up, in a cold sweat. What the cow is going on here? He thought to himself as he buried his face into the couch cushions, trying to hide from the terrifying reality.

Flame slept rather peacefully unlike Anthony. He awoke in the middle of the night and went down stairs to get some water, he saw Anthony, terrified. "Anthony! Are you ok!!?" Flame yells shaking him

Anthony looked at Flame and relaxed. Flame had no idea how happy Anthony was to see him.

"Nothing, it was just a bad dream," Anthony said, relaxing a little. The whole thing was really getting to him.

"So your ok. Need anything" Flame asks

"Nah," Anthony said, lying, "I'll be fine."

I hope so, at least.

"If you say so." Flame says walking back upstairs.

The night passed uneventfully. Soon the sun was up and Anthony with it. Although Flame was still asleep, Anthony got up and went outside. It was a beautiful day. The air was fresh, he could hear starly chirping and the kricketots playing their music. However, suddenly, something else assaulted his senses. It kinda smelled like smoke.

Then Anthony looked off into the distance, and a large cloud of smoke was filling the air. What the?

Flame was still quietly sleeping in his bed, his Charizard sleeping next to him.
