"Right." Luna said. "Sabre-Toothed Cats are sentient and could be helpful, but I'm afraid for the other kinds of animals lost in time."

''We have nothing to fear but Changelings.'' Samaya said.

"Tell that story later when a mammoth steps on you by accident." Luna said.

''I have wings.'' Samaya said. ''Small chance of that happening. And mammoths don't shoot at you.''

"They are dangerous." Luna said. "No one is allowed to fly in that weather except for Snow Crystal."

''I'll do whatever I please.'' Samaya said. ''If I need to use my wings to avoid getting killed, then I'll do so.''

5 Hours Later - COMBAT Camp at Neighagra Falls

"Big waterfall." Twilight commented, already shivering.

''Very big waterfall.'' Samaya said. ''And I'm not the best swimmer. So let's not try to jump into it.''

"You must be Commander Twilight Sparkle and Commander Luna. A pleasure to see you." Falling Leaf said, approaching the group.

''Don't we deserve greetings?'' Snow Crystal said, sitting down on top of Samaya before being bucked off.

"Well, I hope you are all packed up. We leave in ten minutes." Leaf said.

"Falling Leaf, how bad is the distortion?" Luna asked.

"I'm afraid it isn't better. We just calmed down a mammoth herd, but some Giant Sloths are slowing us down." Leaf replied.

''What is this time distortion, anyway?'' Samaya said. ''Can't be my doing.''

"The endless blizzard connects the deep freeze millions of years ago." Leaf said. "It mysteriously began. Scientists are still trying to understand the cause."

''That's weird. So time is just going out of whack here?'' Samaya said.

"Yep. We got prehistoric ice age animals here." Leaf said.

"Sounds like a real life Jurassic Park with ice age." Twilight commented.
