"Have you ever met Luna?" Green asked.

"By the way, she has been gone for a thousand years." Discord said, a few clouds appearing to form '1,000'. "If you didn't notice."

''I noticed. She created us so she wouldn't feel lonely anymore... But she still felt the need to go Nightmare.'' Midnight said.

"What? I was there when she went nightmare, okay?" Green said. "It was a chaos pony that prompted her to do it!"

"You were alive a thousand years ago?" Rarity asked.

"Chaos ponies weren't the cause!" Discord said.

''Whatever caused it, it didn't have to happen.'' Midnight said. ''She just betrayed us all. Do you think the normal ponies accept us moon ponies? No. They associate us with Nightmare Moon.''

"I drank a potion, okay?" Green said. "It extended my life."

Discord shook his head. "When were you born?" He asked Midnight.

''Born? I wasn't born.'' Midnight said. ''But created.''

''Created?'' Samaya said.

"You are a thousand years old?" Discord asked.

''Pretty much. We're not perfect. Luna created us without the ability to actually age properly.'' Midnight said. ''I'm one of the oldest moon ponies around. Most of them have been killed in one way or another. I remember when we were public enemy number one, just after Luna was banished to the moon.''

"Oh." Discord said.

Vanilla rushed towards Chrysalis. "Master! You won't believe what some of our exploration troops found!" He yelled. "They have found the actual Hydra!"

''Most of us were burned at the stakes. Yeah, that's how ponykind was a thousand years ago.'' Midnight said.

''But anyway, I'd really like it if you would reconsider your decision to not join this new division...'' Samaya said. ''I'm sure Luna will come around sooner or later.''

''The actual Hydra?'' Chrysalis said.

Luna teleported into the room, as if on cue.

"Welcome back." Discord said.

''Princess Luna.'' Midnight said, blinking.

''Woah. Talk about timing.'' Samaya mumbled.

Luna turned to Samaya. "I have reconsidered your division. If we can find talent, we can definitely make a defence against HYDRA, if not destroy it." She said.

Discord smiled.

''Too bad we can't find enough talent. This possible candidate seems to dislike you, Princess Luna.'' Samaya said.

Midnight just blinked again, her eyes now reflective.

Luna turned to Midnight. "Midnight!" Luna exclaimed. "Didn't think you were alive."
