"They are banned anyways." Luna said.

"True. But... Everything else is fair game. Wouldn't it at least creep out the Changelings if time suddenly started messing up around them?" Samaya said.

"It would also freak them out if the area around them is blown up by a moon meteorite, or the area is getting really hot." Luna said.

"I'm talking about creepy, not shocking." Samaya said. "It'd unnerve them if an hour suddenly lasted only 5 minutes, or the other way around. Do you catch my drift?"

"I do." Luna said.

"Well, speeding up time in the changeling capital is brilliant." Green said.

"So. Do you like the idea, Luna?" Samaya asked.

"Alright." Luna said.

"Then I'll have to look for magically gifted unicorns for this new division I'm planning. Do any of you know any?" Samaya asked.

"Twilight Sparkle." Luna said.

"She just got shot." Samaya dryly remarked.

"Well I don't really know any other magically gifted unicorn." Luna said.

"Then we'll have to find some." Samaya said.

"Don't expect my help." Luna said. "I am already managing the SD."

"Auntie... Aren't there any suitable candidates within the SD ranks?" Samaya asked.

"Auntie?" Celestia muttered.
