''Is a Changeling ground attack force supposed to move at... Oh, some 1200 km/h? That's a missile.'' Celestia said. ''And it's heading for Appleloosa... Oh my. Appleloosa needs to be evacuated.'' She muttered. ''I want somebody to radio Appleloosa and tell them to get their butts out of there! Snipin', wait a second, I'm trying to prevent a massacre here.''
Applejack went straight to radio. "Ah just hope that-" Applejack stopped. "Princess, the town is already evacuated. They checked the radar before us, how much time to impact?"
"Hm, didn't check the speed. Princess, I will go check damage after impact, so now is the best time to me to transform." Snipin' said, now a bit desperate.
''Yes, yes. Come on, let's get you to my room. I need to do this in private.'' Celestia said. ''And keep me posted on the missile.''
Ooc: Whenever hit, the impact causes everybody to fall.
"Oh alright. But why?" Snipin' said, following Celestia in her tent before 'locking' it. "I'm ready."
''Because I'd rather not perform spells like these in front of other ponies. Just a quirk. Anyway, this'll take some time.'' Celestia said before her horn flared up, a veil of... Whatever it may have been enveloping Snipin'.

''So, what is this funny thing heading towards Appleloosa, anyways?'' Pinkie said.
"Pinkie, an missile is like a rocket, but smaller, and crashed into stuff to blow things up. Get it? I mean, I used your language to speak, darling." Rarity said.
"Ahh right." Applejack said, facehoofing.

Snipin' closed his eyes.
''So it's like a bomb.'' Pinkie noted.

''I know it's a cliché, but this might tickle somewhat. Well, tickle, it'll cause pain. Excruciating pain.'' Celestia said. ''Ready?''

''Don't blame me when it hurts.'' Celestia said before a veil of brilliant light enveloped Snipin'. ''My spells are so cliché, by the way. Anyway, here goes.''

Snipin' winced from the pain, but managed to keep it down, until his insect wings vanished and replaced with pegasus wings, he screamed.
''The thing is, we have no idea what payload it is carrying. Missiles rarely carry a conventional explosive payload, so it might carry a thermobaric payload, or, even worse, a chemical payload.'' One of the ponies at the radar consoles said. ''Hold on. We lost the contact. It has split up.'' She muttered.
''What does that mean?'' Pinkie asked.

If Rarity was worried before, she was now very worried.

Suddenly the white light disappeared and a blue pegasi dropped to the ground. He has a cutie mark that resembled a bow and arrow.
''There. I got it. It's a MIRV! In simpler terms, a cluster missile! This is not good... They want to spread their payload over a large area. They're gassing Appleloosa.'' The radar console pony said.

"Yeah! Thanks a lot, Princess!" Snipin' replied, walking out towards the others.
Rarity eyes sparkled at the sight of Snipin'. She rushed over to him. "I am Rarity, we haven't officially met, but I make all the weapons and communications, if you need anything, tell me!"
"Yeah, alright..." Snipin' awkwardly said before rolling his eyes and going over to Pinkie Pie. "What time is remaining to impact?"
''T minus... Scratch that, the first MIRV just hit the ground, some 2 kilometres outside Appleloosa. The rest will come down on top of Appleloosa over the next minute.'' The radar console pony said.
Celestia entered the room a few seconds later. ''What's happening? Did the missile hit yet?'' She asked.
