Thread: My Little Metroid: Magic is Showtime! *Me and Hyokamen Brycen!*

Suddenly, humans of all shapes and sizes started popping up as the spell washed over Haruto. Violet cracks went all over their bodies as wails of agony echoed in the city. A solar eclipse formed in the sky, with red cracks forming beneath the people.

Suddenly, in bursts of purple fire, the people were replaced with demons based on various monsters of Western mythologies, with the screams of agony replaced with cackling of freedom and ill intents.

"Whoa! Look at that big teddy bear!" One demon yelled, it looking like a phoenix.

"It's a Gate! Bring it to despair!" One themed after the gorgon commanded to the others, and a whole hoard of demons charged at Checker.

"Just what did she hit me with?" Haruto asked with a highly confused tone, looking at Princess Luna while the hoard of Phantoms that were born from the Solar Eclipse ritual began scaling Checker and began attacking her.

He recognized some of the Phantoms: Minotauros, Hellhound, Cat Síth, Gnome, Phoenix, Gargoyle, Medusa, Valkyrie, Lizardman, and, shockingly, what Dragon would have looked like if Haruto had failed keeping him down.

Checker's horn emerged from her head and she reasserted control over the dream to send the Phantom's back after Wizard. "In this realm, I'm the Alicorn! And you are just the mortal!"

"I find that insulting!" yelled Luna, floating up and using her own control of dreams to obliterate the Phantoms. She suddenly felt a headache and shook her head. She then gasped, watching a shadowy form raise up before her. "No..." she muttered, looking into the eyes of Nightmare Moon, eyes that seemed...off. "You...you can't be here..."

"What? You thought you'd be rid of me that easily?" asked 'Nightmare Moon'. "Looks like you've gone back to living in Celestia's shadow. Sure, you've got a few fans, but just how many of those little ponies actually care about you?" she asked, causing Luna to back up. "How many of them really see you as Celestia's equal? You and I both know no pony thinks you're important, after all, you rule the 'lesser light', as they say. We both know the only way to stay in the spotlight is to take it."

The Ursa attacked Haruto with an energy beam again, but the horn had vanished and the eyes were no longer Checker's.

The beam caused an explosion, sending Dragon and Haruto crashing into a building side. "Ah! Oh, this is bad..." Haruto said, looking up to noticed the change in Checker.

"Girls, I hope you are ready!" The Rider yelled, now very nervous as to what's going on. Dragon just roared at Checker, still defiant at the dream persona.

Trixie blinked, looking at the Ursa. "Haruto! She's not the Ursa anymore! She's switched to a different Avatar! Hit it as hard as you can!"

Luna had engaged Nightmare Moon in a beam clash.

Trixie blinked. "Luna! You need to calm down! That's Checker!" she called, the enraged Princess of the Night having difficulty overpowering her evil counterpart.

"Right! And I know which one!" Haruto yelled, taking out another ring, then jumped onto Dragon and flew upwards.

Once at a good height, Haruto scanned his ring. "Fureimu! DORAGON!! Bou, Bou, Bou BOU BOU!!!" The Driver announced as the WizarDragon roared and turned into a ball of fire that went inside Haruto, getting him to be shrouded by flames.

His cuffs blackened, with shin guards growing on his legs to his knees, where the kneepads had grayed out. His trenchcoat had suddenly become a bright crimson. On his chest was what looked like a dragon head, with the brows being formed out of red, squarish stones. His shoulder pads had gotten broader, with the dragon stencil on it becoming more deeper and engraved, it circling the red gem that now was featured. His helmet now looked like it was a brilliant oval cut gem, with the nose region now looking like it was a dragon body with the wings serving as the eyebrows that pointed outwards.

On his forehead was a "third eye" oval cut ruby gem held in place by a gold frame.

This was Flame Dragon Style, the fusion between Rider and Phantom at it's most basic form. Haruto dismissed the flames and began falling at Nightmare Checker.

In the real world....

Dash had looked at Fluttershy, who was hiding. Haruto had neglected to mention his inner Phantom was a dragon, and his powered up Flame Dragon Style was, well, dragon-accented.

"Mom! You're embarrassing me!" Fluttercruel exclaimed.

Trixie blinked. "Trixie is now confused...moving on.

Luna blinked at Trixie's yell. "You're...you're right..." she said to Trixie, glaring at 'Nightmare Moon'. "You're right, I still do fear those things...but I'm not letting my jealousy consume me! I have those who care about me! I am loved!" she spat back, her beam plowing through Nightmare Moon's and slamming her into the ground.

The Ursa roared and charged Wizard blindly.

Haruto took out another ring and scanned it. "Tore ne! Speciaru! SAIKOOOO!!!" It announced, getting a fiery projection of Dragon to come out of the magician's body, flied around him once, then slammed into his back.

All of a sudden, Dragon's head erupted out of Haruto's chest, and roared. Haruto floated upwards and out of Dragon's maw came deep red hellfire, bathing the Ursa in hot flames.

The Ursa exploded and only ashes remained.

"No! This isn't supposed to be happening!" yelled 'Nightmare Moon', morphing into an Alicorn version of Checker. "This is not how it's supposed to go!"

Haruto landed, then brandished the WizarSwordGun. "Oh, it's happening, and now, you'll pay." The magician spoke with a angry tone.

He then flipped the hand on his weapon open and scanned it. "Baindo! Puriize!" It announced, getting Haruto to close it and fire a shot at Checker. The bullet then transfigured itself into a net made of metal chains, wrapping up Checker Monarch.

"Now before we go, we would like to show you something." Haruto said, smiling underneath his helmet.

He then dragged Checker to a stage after muffling her and having put another Bind Spell on Checker's horn to prevent her from using magic on anyone else.

Checker struggled. "You can't do this!"

Trixie was standing on a stage and came forwards. "Sister...Trixie is here to present a story for your viewing pleasure," she said. "It's the story of a little filly who used to be sweet and kind hearted, who loved her grandmother," Trixie said, displaying magical holograms of said situation. "But she allowed her sister to taint her mind and her heart, believed the lies she was fed," she stated, glaring daggers at her sibling as the images continued to change. "Until she became as ruthless and sadistic as she was...But then, a demon tried to drive her to despair, and nearly succeeded," she continued, images changing as it continued. "But a magician was there to save her, to restore her hope and show her she mattered again. The very Magician standing in the audience. Trixie would like him to take a bow."

Haruto then got up and walked up to the stage and bowed. "You are most welcome, Trixie." The magician spoke, smiling underneath his helmet.

"And thanks to her, Trixie saw how wrong she was, how much her sister had ruined her," Trixie continued. "And Checker, Trixie is free! Goodbye!"

The dream shattered and Checker fell out of the ceiling in front of the group back in the waking world, stunned from her spell being shattered.

A red seal popped up over Trixie, and Haruto jumped out, still in Flame Dragon Form. "Vii..." He sighed out in victory. "Hmm?" He then turned around to see the stunned form of Checker Monarch. He looked up to see a hole in the celing.

He then took out his WizarSwordGun in Sword Mode, flipped opened the hand, and scanned a Ring in it. "Baindo! Puriize!" It announced, getting Haruto to swing at Monarch, wrapping her up once more in metal chains, with her horn wrapped too to prevent her firing magic.

Luna appeared out of the shadows and looked down at Checker. "Checker Monarch, you are under arrest."

Trixie's eyes widened. "Wait...you're the real Luna?!"

Luna blinked. "Yes."

"Trixie's going back to sleep..." Trixie said, before fainting in a dramatic fashion.

"And that's what happened," said Trixie, thinking back on it. She'd used holographic spells for the tell as well. "My sister is in prison."

"Well, I'm glad that sinful sot is in prison." Samus said, snarling at Trixie's sister who tried to kill her through her dreams.

"So, what's up with you fusing with your Phantom?" Dash asked, looking at Haruto.

"It's because I have been fighting stronger foes in my world and I need to keep up. By using the Dragon Rings, I'm able to tap into Dragon's power to boost my capabilities. So far, I have three Rings that would let me tap into Dragon's might." Haruto said, showing the Dragon Rings: Flame Dragon, Hurricane Dragon, and Water Dragon.
