"There actually were," said Sakak. "...Discord is the reason there aren't anymore..." he said, looking sadly.

"When she tried to trick me into killing Cadence, Cadence did it to prove she was the real thing since Chrysalis didn't even know who I was," said Twilight. "...Hard to believe someone so strong and smart was because of one bond between a unicorn and her foalsitter."

''Oh. Wow. Did he... Kill them all?'' Applejack asked, rather horrified at the idea.

''Wow. That's an amazing story.'' Running Gear said. ''... I wish I had been there to buck Chrysalis' plot. Although I would've likely leveled half of Canterlot. Ever seen an Alicorn angry? Really angry?''

Sakak nodded. "Yes...yes he did..." he said, a tear running down his face. "Discord was a monster...he'd do anything to rule the world...Including wipe out his own race and another that stood in his way..."

Fluttershy started crying.

"Yes, Celestia tried to take Chrysalis out, but Chrysalis was even stronger than she was at that point," explained Twilight. "Celestia was furious, I think she tried to KILL Chrysalis, but Chrysalis had become too strong feeding off my brother's love for Cadence."

''Oh gosh... I feel so bad for you and Running Gear now.'' Applejack said, a tear rolling down her cheek as well.

Running Gear grinned. ''Well, apparently, Celestia is a lot better at containing her powers when she's angry. Only time when I have harmed innocent ponies was when I leveled an entire settlement because a few ponies angered me. That was 500 years back, by the way.''

"You should feel more sorry for Celestia and Luna...Luna was only four years old when that happened and Celestia barely 10...Their father gave them to me and we hid from Discord," said Sakak, sadly.

Twilight gasped. "Oh...Well, Celestia does have over three thousand years of experience," she said, though that did disturb her. "...Should we fix that steam pipe?"

"Oh gosh." Applejack said.

"Yeah. I was, for an Alicorn, really young when I did that. I'm ashamed of it, really. Anyway, yes. Let's fix the pipe." Running Gear said.

Fluttershy basically broke down crying and Rarity tried not to cry herself.

"I was pretty much their foster father," said Sakak. "We were all either of us had left in the world. Discord was my brother, but I'm ashamed he is."

Twilight nodded. "Ok...so do we shut off the steam first?"

"Ah'd be ashamed too." Applejack said.

"It already is. Seems like there was some left in that pipe, though." Running Gear said.

Sakak nodded, then looked to Fluttershy. "Hey, look," he said, now literally doing a headstand on his head as Fluttershy looked at him. He then fell over and fell to pieces before reassembling, getting Fluttershy to laugh. "That's better, I hate to see anyone cry."

Twilight nodded. "Alright, should I go get some metal from the scrapyard?"

"... Now how in tarnation did ya do that?" Applejack asked.

"It's be much appreciated." Gear said.

"It was funny," said Sakak. "I can do almost anything so long as it's funny for someone other than me."

Twilight nodded, teleporting. She teleported back with some scrap metal. "Here you go. Need anyhing else?"

"Right. That's a pretty cool ability." Applejack said.

"Nope. That'll be all." Running Gear said before she levitated a piece of metal towards the pipe, bending it around the leak.

"Unfortunately, Discord's powers outclass mine, so I can't really fight him straight on..." said Sakak. He then looked to Rainbow Dash. "How are you doing?!" he called.

Twilight helped, measuring the edges then using a magic beam to wield it in place. "Hows that? I've never tried wielding, just read how to do it."

"I'm doing just fine!" Rainbow Dash yelled back.

"Dashie is such a show-off." Applejack said.

"Hey, theoretical knowledge is just as important as actual experience, if you ask me." Running Gear said. "Most of my knowledge comes from books. Sometimes from books written by "humans", whatever these might be."

Sakak nodded. "Yes, but she did help save the world repeatedly, she deserves the spotlight a little bit," he said, then looked back to the others. "So...want to see some embarrassing baby pictures of Discord?"

Twilight nodded. "I know Lyra, this unicorn in town, is kind of obsessed with them," she said, then blinked. "Hey, do you hear scratching coming from the roof?" she asked, there was indeed scratching in the ceiling. "...I think an animal is stuck in the ceiling.
