Thread: MLP: Chrysalis Emergence (Me and Royal Sovereign)

"Could be better." Luna groaned. "Anyway, I know it might not be the time, but please let me formally introduce myself. My friends call me Running Gear because of my past as an assault gun driver." Running Gear said.

IC: Applejack nods. "Howdy Running Gear, I'm Applejack, and over there with Luna is mah sister, Apple Bloom."

"Or maybe you won't, and I help the Changelings...?" Spitfire grinned.

OoC: Aye, aye.

BiC: "Pleased to meet you. So what's going on here?" Running Gear asked.

"I'm not sure whether that's worth it." Pupa replied.

"This is kinda our base of operations. Twilli is in charge of this, and Luna's meant to be running the moon." Shining Armor explained to Running Gear. "And I'm trying to keep this damn shield up..."

"You're really no fun, are you?" Spitfire laughed. "Oh well, I suppose you'll kill me instead."

"The Moon? What's going on there?" Running Gear asked.

"Oh, I can be lots of fun, but not in a damn prison cell." Pupa said.

"The Pegasi are setting up base on the moon, perhaps because thats where Luna knows best." Shining Armor responded.

"Then why don't you let me out? Then we can have... lots of fun." Spitfire said in a slightly seductive voice.

"So if Luna dies, the Pegasi are without a leader. All the more reason to get some damn professional medical care for her." Running Gear said.

"You can't just simply trot around this place like nothing ever happened." Pupa said.

"Cocoon, sir! The griffon territory has been secured!" A Changeling officer said to Cocoon.

Applejack sighed. "Rainbow Dash can always help aht if Luna dahs."

"Of course not..." Spitfire sighed. "And I was really looking forward to..."
Chrysalis blended back to her normal form, having bounced in. "So, Pupa, how's the prisoner going?"

Cocoon laughed. "How excellent. More troops, and more land. Hey you, want to come back to Canterlot Castle and be ambassador for the griffons?" he asked Gilda.

"If Luna dies, it'll also mean the extinction of the Alicorn race. Unless Cadance is still alive, which I honestly doubt." Running Gear muttered.

"Wah- your majesty! Where did you come from?!" Pupa said.

"I suppose. I have nothing else to do, anyway." Gilda replied.

Applejack sighed. "It's not lahke species ahre thaht important. We hahve to sahve ourselves first!"

"While you buffoons were being buffoons, I found their base!" Chrysalis snarled.
"Queen... Queen Chrysalis?" Spitfire asked.
"Yes?" Chrysalis responded.
"If you let me go, I can spy!" she grinned.
"...Pupa, what have you been telling the prisoner?" Chrysalis sighed.

"Great! It's this way!" Cocoon said, flying back in the direction of Canterlot.

"You have no idea how important it actually is, do you..." Running Gear muttered, feeling somewhat insulted. "Anyway, is there anyone here with some actual medical training?" She asked.

"She was coming on to me, not the other way around!" Pupa said.

Gilda followed Cocoon, not feeling like saying anything else.

Shining Armor shakes his head. "Chrysalis figured that out and killed everyone in the medical centre. She really planned it out well.

"And you didn't just KILL her?!" Chrysalis snarled. "I thought you knew better, Pupa."

"So Luna is dead anyway. Anyone who agrees that it's better to put her out of her misery?" Running Gear said.

"I figured I'd at least give her a fair fight and a last wish." Pupa replied.

Applejack slowly nods.

"Last wish? I think we both know what that'll be!" Spitfire grinned
"Oh Lord..." Chrysalis facehoofed.

Running Gear slowly walked over to Luna. "Are you okay with this as well, Princess?" She asked.

"Do it. Tell Rainbow Dash she can take my position." Luna whispered.

Running Gear nodded before she drove her horn through Luna's heart.
