Miki looked down. "Please no hugging, I do have appearences to maintain, you know."
"Miki, I have met Minami Kotaro thanks to you, who is the greatest Rider to me when I was a kid. It is a well-deserved one." She said, letting her go.
Kotaro seemed a little flattered at that, but tried not to show it.
"Well, you're welcome," said Miki, dusting herself off. "I guess it is impressive I was able to find him."
"Why? Is he hard to find?" Erika asked, taking a seat.
"Yes, most of the past Riders are," said Miki. "For obvious reasons, many of them don't like being found."
"Mainly because they are retired and not as young as they once were?" Erika asked, looking at her.
"No, because rements of their enemies are still around," said Miki. "They'd prefer not to attract that kind of attention to their hometown."
"Still? Man, those guys hold one pretty strong grudge, Shocker especially." Erika said, knowing that one could never count out the eternal and unnamous enemy of the Kamen Riders for good.
"I know," said Miki. "To be honest, I wouldn't be suprised if they were the ones who let the Kuroshoni loose."
"But does it fit their style? Releasing a can of worms into a city does not sound like any villain group that I know, and I know that's not Shocker's plan of attack." Erika reasoned.
"You never know," said Miki. "Bad guys are unpredictible, it's their nature."
"Yes, but they have rules. Like Shocker and not recruiting powerful beings that can easily stab your back and run amok." Erika said, as that would the logical thing the Kuroshoni leaders would have done.
"But don't forget, the Great Leader of Shocker just kept showing up again and again as the man behind the curtain for many of the other Rider syndicates," said Kotaro. "He might be manipulating them this time as well, without even them knowing it."
"That is true, even if they hardly appear any more. After all, this reeks of a setup. But why would Shocker want to revive the Kuroshoni? The Kuroshoni clearly don't want to rule the world. All they want to do is play their bloody games." Erika said, having personal knowledge of this.
"A diversion perhaps," said Kotaro. "While we're dealing with the Kuroshoni, the one pulling the strings is preparing their own plans."
