Kamen Rider Ferox (Me and GW)

In this world, humans have went though hundreds of tragedies that rocked the history books time after another. What they didn't knew that through their suffering, humans have created a kaijin race: the Kuroshoni, monsters that live by creating dispair, fear, pain, and sorrow for the human race. They were sealed, however, by the spirit of the Earth to make sure they won't cause any trouble. However, humans always have a tendency to release great evil, even if it's not intentional.

An archelogical group in Japan had found the Kuroshoni burial ground and were on their way to deliver it via truck when they got into a highway accident. This released the Kuroshoni from their prison, and the world shuddered at their presence.

The spirit of the earth, too weak to fight the Kuroshoni in physical form, enlisted the help of a down-on-his-luck passerby and was given the Ferox Totem to transform into Kamen Rider Ferox to fight in her place.

Animal Base: Base form is based off of a Red Fox, and is called “Kitsune Form”. Melee form is based of a Migratory Locust, and is called "Batta Form". Gun form is based off of a Timber Wolf, and is called "Okami Mode". Sword form is based off of a Philippine Eagle, and is called "Washi Form". Rod form is unknown. Super form is based off of First Sphere Angels, and is called "Tenshi Mode".

Personality: She’s very loyal, but also fierce and ruthless in battle. She’s very strong willed but tends to be a trickster. She shows this belief by taunting foes and using the Yoko Tile’s Invisibility power.

History: A woman captured by a Kuroshoni hunting party, she was pitted against other Kuroshoni and humans for survival until she faced against Inari of the Hiroshima Atomic Bombing, who became her Transformation Tile after being given the Sorrow Driver Buckle from the same Kuroshoni.

Armor Appearance: Her many forms each have a differing appearance but the details they all have in common are large oblong sphere optic receptors, and flat torso armor with tribal stencils. She also has shoulder pads and armored arms, minus the joints and her belt has a rhombus-shaped device on its buckle that is used to transform. Her lower legs and feet are completely armored except at the ankle area and behind the knees for good movement and her knee pads are rounded. Where there isn’t armor, there’s a durable protective fabric that can protect her from most conventional weaponry.


In Kitsune Mode, her armor is colored crimson red with white fabric and black tribal stencils. It also has two short “ears” on the head crest and a rounded “muzzle” for a mouth-guard, hazel-colored optic receptors, as well as armor on her hand that can combine into long sharp nails for longer reach.

This is also referred to as "The Product of Despair" and "the Demon Fox". In TV Trope-verse, this is Yoko's "Weak But Skilled" "Jack of All Stats" form and has the "Playing with Fire" element.

In Batta Mode, her armor is colored earthen brown with black fabric and poison green tribal stencils. It also has two short antenna that poked forwards, and the mouth-guard resembling the mouth of a cricket, with crimson red optic receptors. Her shoulder pads are rounder and bigger, with spikes growing out of her forearms and the back of her lower legs. Her arm and leg armor are thicker, with fake abs on the stomach region, as well as her armor in general looking more bulky.

This is also referred to as "The Embodiment of Sadness" and "the Devil Cricket". In TV Trope-verse, this is Yoko's "Mighty Glacier" form and has the "Blow You Away" element.[/FONT]

In Okami Mode, her armor is colored gunmetal gray with ash gray fabric and sky blue tribal stencils. The "ears" on the head are broader than Kitsune Mode, as well as angled toward the back, and the "muzzle" is more rectangular than the fox's irregular pentagon shape. The optic receptors on Okami Mode are a rich sapphire. Her armor is light and streamlined, resulting in more under-armor shown than actual armor. On her arms are the claws featured in Kitsune Mode; however, they are larger and now have a serrated edge to inflict more pain as it cuts deeper into a foe.

This is also referred to as "The Princess of Rage" and "the Guard Dog of Hell". In TV Trope-verse, this is Yoko's "Fragile Speedster" form and has the "Pure Energy" element.

In Washi Mode, her armor is colored cobalt blue with light brown fabric and canary yellow tribal stencils. It also has a short "mohawk" of black "feathers" with white tips, with a bright yellow beak serving as the mouth guard. The optic receptors on Washi Mode are canary yellow. Her armor is as light as Okami Mode yet as strong as Batta Mode, and the amount is just enough to avoid becoming cumbersome, like that of Kitsune Mode. On her back are tuffs of feathers that serve as exits for her wings to grow out of. Her hand armoring are molded to resemble talons.

This is also referred to as "The Seed of Destruction" and "the Evil Bird". In TV Trope-verse, this is Yoko's "Lightning Bruiser" form and has the "Shock and Awe" element.

In Tenshi Mode, her armor is colored gold with pearl fabric and a image of a sphere with six wings on her breastplate, with black circles covering her forearms and lower legs. The helmet is silver with a gold "mask" and a wreath going where her ears should be, with the mouth cover platinum and with embossed lips. The optic receptors on Tenshi Mode are icy blue. Her armor is as light as Okami Mode yet far stronger than any of Yoko's forms, and the amount is just enough to avoid becoming cumbersome, like that of Kitsune and Washi Mode. On her back are six black holes with a blue pulsating spiral inside that serve as exits for her energy wings to grow out of. Her hand armoring are molded to resemble talons.

This is also referred to as "The Blade/Hunter of Heaven" and "the Guardian of Heaven". In TV Trope-verse, this is Yoko's "Super Mode" form and has the "Light 'Em Up" element.


A theme in her armor is slots where she can insert Sorrow Tiles into her body called Tile Ports, which are located in the back of her helmet, her forearms, and lower legs. Kitsune Mode’s strength is in special abilities, using trickery to one-up foes. Batta Mode's strength lies in heighten power and speed, using raw power to smash foes into the ground and using enough speed to catch close combat foes by surprise.

Promotion: Promotion is her ability to ascend to more powerful versions of her base and alternative states, previewed in the fight with the Higher Duchess Kuroshoni Akumu when Yoko absorbed excess amount of hope energy, though lost it when the energy escaped from her. She regain access to the Promotion forms after obtaining the Driver-mounted Hope Booster, which allows direct transformation, and the Duke Adapter, a wrist-mounted device that hopes a Duke Kuroshoni's Tile in place and the "key" to the Hope Booster. This is her "Mid-Season Upgrade" in TV Trope speak.

In Promoted Kitsune Mode, the upper arm and lower leg armor changed into the shape of fox tails; the claws on her forearms became longer and thicker; the"ears" on the top of her helmet became larger and longer; the "muzzle" extended and looked more like a canine snout; her feet armor gains toenail-like spikes; twin coattails comes out of the belt in the shape of fox tails; and her hands and feet became charcoal black, as does the tip of her muzzle. Her tribal tattoos branches out, extending to all of her armor, even to her helmet and on the coattails.

In Promoted Okami Mode, she gains more armor on her body, allowing her to take more punishment. Her claws were enlarged and made to make them more savage-looking. Pre-existing armor are enlarged and giving tiny spikes sloped downward to resemble fur. Her snout has been extended and made to look like she's snarling at something. A long piece of cloth came out of her waistline, looking like a wolf tail. She gained elongated toe spikes and blades on her shinguards. A curious note is that her fingertips now have claws on them that resemble extended nails. Her tribal stencils branches out to cover her body, even onto her "tail".

Weapons/Equipment: Much like the World of Blade Riders, her belt is summoned when she attaches a Form-Changing Sorrow Tile onto her Tile Buckler placement and slammed onto her waist. Her weapons and powers all come from the Sorrow Tiles that form from her fallen foes. Kitsune form is highly agile and slippery, with nail-like claw blades on her hands for close combat without her weapons, but primarily relies on weapon attacks and the special features that the Fox Tile comes with.

Energy is charged into the blade, while Yoko takes a samurai-like stance. She moves in a blink of an eye with enough power to rend steel like it's nothing

Nitogeki: Tora Soukiba (Two Sword Attack: Twin Tiger Fang) [二刀撃: 虎双牙]: Washi Mode's Rider Slash while the Washi Broadsword is in Fang Mode. Energy is charged into the blades, then are held in a reverse grip. Yoko then unleashes a powerful "x" slash.

Tenshi Mode

Hissatsu - Tengoku Bomber, Shori no Yonnin General Buster (Certain Kill - Heaven Bomber, Victorious Four Men General Buster) [必殺: 天国ボンバー, 勝利の四人ジェネラルバスター]: Tenshi Mode's Rider Shooting while the Tenshi Longsword is in Bowgun Mode. Yoko loads four Highness Tiles into the chamber of the Longsword Bowgun, then takes the Tenshi Tile and Taiyou Tiles and insert them into the bottom of the gun barrel to serve as a pump. Yoko then fires balls of intense elemental energy at the target, with the element depending on which Highness Tile is placed into the barrel.

Kagayaku Gaicho Kyaku (Shining Victorious Bird Kick) [輝く凱鳥脚]: Tenshi Mode's Rider Kick. Yoko takes to the air and flies at the target. She then does the position for a scissor kick, creating a trail of energy that slightly resembles a flying bird, then at the last moment, slams the feet together on the head or striking the chest.

Promoted Finishers

Saiko Hissatsu Waza no Batta Ken: Typhoon Kobushi (Supreme Certain Kill Technique of the Grasshopper Fist: Typhoon Fist) [最高.必殺技.の.飛蝗.拳: 台風.拳]: Promoted Batta Form's Rider Punch finisher. Concentrates raw wind into her fist, then strikes with the fist, and the wind power is sent into the target to send them flying from a point-blank blast shaped into a tornado.

Taiyou Kuen Kyaku (Sun Prominence Kick) [太陽.紅炎.脚]: Promoted Kitsune Form's Rider Kick finisher. She superheats her leg, then jumps into the air, the fiery leg boosting her height, then comes down with a foot-end first attack where her entire body is on fire.

Eien Ento Giri (Eternal Flame-Sword Slash) [永遠.炎刀.斬り]: Promoted Kitsune Form's Rider Slash finisher with a Fire Element Boost. Concentrates intense fire as hot as 3,660°F to cleave through anything that she swings at, even through fire and lava-natured Kuroshoni.

Honoo no Seigi Giri (Flames of Justice Slash) [炎.之.正義.斬り]: Promoted Kitsune Form's Rider Slash finisher. Ignites the blade, then swings with enough force to cleave through mostly anything.

Chou'onsoku Blast (Supersonic Blast) [超音速.ブラスト]: Promoted Okami Form's Rider Shooting finisher with a Energy Element Boost. Fires a shot at stops when it makes solid contact with the target. It then blasts through the target's body as supersonic speeds, tearing anything vital in it's path to shreds.

Tatsumaki Danmaku (Tornado Barrage) [竜巻.弾幕]: Cheetah Tile finisher in Kitsune Mode. Unleashes a rapid, spinning tornado kick that pummels a poor fool that ends with a charged final kick to send the foe flying into oblivion.

Jishin Ashi (Earthquake Leg) [地震.脚]: Sai Tile finisher with the Boots in Kitsune Mode. Jumps high into the air and comes back down for a punishing stomp attack.

Cho Hissatsu Buki Waza no Batta Ken: Super Wind Rider Shooting (Super Certain Kill Weapon Technique of the Grasshopper Fist: Super Wind Rider Shooting) [超.必殺.武器技.の.飛蝗.拳: スーパーウインドライダーシューティング]: Shishi Tile finisher in Batta Mode with a Wind Element Boost. Super-charges the Shishi Cyclone, then fires a massive tornado.

Asashin no Kōshō (Assassin's Bite) [暗殺者.之.咬傷]: Kumo Tile finisher in Promoted Kitsune Mode. Unfolds eight daggers from the Kumo Sling, then pulls the snared victim, and stabs the daggers into the opponent, where poison is dumped into the body, causing several chemical reactions, which can result in the following: a slow and painful death, instant death and slow decomposition, or a quick and painful death. The latter is guaranteed to have an explosion, the former never.

Personality: He’s a good friend and very loyal, but he’s also fierce and feral in battle. He’s very strong willed but tends to believe in chance. He shows this belief by letting the Ferox Totem simply fall into the field of his belt, then slamming it into the belt to select the form.
History: A man with no past, he has no memory but that he drifted into town with the Ferox Totem and is meant to fight the Kuroshoni protect the people of Japan.
Armor Appearance: His three forms each have a differing appearance but things they all have in common are large triangular optic receptors and a tooth design on the mouth, a plate covering his upper chest that has six spokes radiating from the center. He also has shoulder pads and armored arms, minus the joints and his belt has a round device on its buckle that is used to transform. His lower legs and feet are armored and his knee pads are pointed. Where there isn’t armor, there’s a durable protective fabric that can protect him from most conventional weaponry. In Battle mode, his armor is colored dark green with red fabric, it also has two short ‘antenna’ on the head crest as well as serrated blades on his forearms, resembling a preying mantis. His Blade form is black with yellow fabric and joints, its head crest resembles a Rhinoceros beetle horn. Sniper mode is red armored with black fabric and joints and has a head crest looking like two long antenna.

Erupting Melee Form is ruby red in color except for black gaunlets and magma lines through out it, the blades and head crest becoming more seratted.

Blizzard Sword Form is sapphire blue with frosted armor and a white body suit. It looks very smooth and sleek with a longer, more spiked horn.
Weapons/Equipment: All modes have an opening helmet jaw that allows him to bite opponents. Battle Mode is very agile and fast and has blades on its forearms for close combat, but primarily relies on physical attacks and combos. Blade is physically strong and armed with two katana-like swords. Sniper form has a high defense and is equipped with long retractable claws on his left hand and a powerful duel action hand gun in the other, having two modes, a double barrel shotgun and a sniper rifle.

Erupting Melee form has the ability to generate molten flames and gains the Lava Smashers, a pair of brass knuckle-type weapons with obsidian type blades on the knuckles. This form is much stronger and physically powerful than the normal Melee form.

Blizzard Sword Form has a pair of swords called the Ice Cutters that can turn into whip swords by slitting apart the blades. This form is far faster than normal Blade form.
Finishers:
Battle form:
-Feral Kick- Plants his wrist blades in his opponent’s shoulders and roars, then leaps off, energy flowing over his right leg, delivering a leaping roundhouse kick to the victim.
-Rider Punch: Charges his energy into his fist and does a discus punch into their stomach.
Blade form:
-Wild Cutter: Done two ways, one, he jumps into the air, charging energy into his swords and comes down with a spinning double slash, slicing the target into four pieces. Other way is he drives one sword through the opponent then kicks them back. He then charges forwards as energy flows to his remain sword, tearing the first sword out while spinning past them and slicing them in half at the waist with the second.
Sniper form:
-Primal Shooter: Charges energy into his gun. Afterwards depends on which mode it is in. If shotgun mode, he stabs his hand claw into them and holds them into place and shoots them point blank with a powerful energy blast. If in Sniper Mode, he gets far away from the target and fires a long range energized shot from his gun that blows up the target.
Erupting Melee Form:
-Molten Punishment: Drives a molten fist into the opponent and then triggers a massive inferno from his fist, triggering an explosion inside the target's body. Alternately, simply a flying punch engulfed in molten flames, fire surging out of the impact point over their body before triggering a large explosion.
-Erupting Kick: A flying dropkick to the opponent with feet engulfed in molten flames. After impact, the flames spread throughout the target rapidly and trigger a massive explosion to destroy them.

History: A very successful member of the JSDF, whose linage dates back to the rulers of ancient Japan. He is a prodigy and is very talented at a great many things, but interaction with others is no among them. As he ascended through the ranks quickly due to his natural abilities, he was chosen to use the government funded Rider System Apex to fight the Kuroshoni, but often buts heads with the other Riders due to his ego.
Armor Appearance: Apex’s armor is red with black fabric in Past Form and is gold with black fabric in Present Form. The chest has a white ribcage design in Past Form and his Present form has a feather design. Both forms have a cape that’s capable of turning into wings, purple in Past Form and Black in Present Form. The helmet resembles a bird’s head with the beak design on the mouth plate and in Past Form has teeth craved into the sides of the beak design. Both forms have red optics, but Past Form’s are more feral looking. In Past Form, he has three horns on his head, resembling a pteranodon. Past Form also has clawed fingers and a generally more vicious look to it than the more refined Present Form, as Past form is the prototype mode. Present Form is also considerably sleeker looking in design than Past Form. His belt is high tech and sleek in design and has a disk slot on the front and a disk holder on the side of it. It’s white in color with a control pad on his arm permitting various capabilities of the system.
Weapons/Equipment: Past Form has sharp claws on the hands for slashing attacks and is generally more powerful, but less able to perform agile skillful moves which Present Form is capable of. Present Form is sleeker and faster form, which isn’t as physically powerful as Past Form but more agile and skillful in attacks. Past Form is equipped with a pair of swords dubbed the Primal Cutters that attach to the arms and separate, being wielded backhanded. These blades have a serrated edge to them for more vicious attacks. Present Form has a long sword called the Mach Blade that can be used for more skillful maneuvers and generally looks more refined. While in Past Form, his fighting style seems to be more primal and berserk, but he’s still in control. In both forms, his cape can take on the form of wings to allow flight. The Apex System works similar to the Ferox Belt, but is not completely able to copy it, requiring technology to be mixed in, making the result a Cyborg. He uses disks known as Bio Disks, which are encoded with the genetic template of the animal his form is based on.

History: The daughter of Arbiou. She’s the crown princess of the Wraiths and was born several hundred years, having a human mother. When Arbiou was banished back to the Astral Plane, she was left behind on Earth, her Wraith half allowing her to feed on fear to remain eternally young. She masterminded the Salem Witch Trails and several other events, absorbing enough fear to obtain true eternal youth as she awaited for her father‘s return. She also used the fear and paranoia from the Salem Witch trails to create for herself a suit of Rider armor, becoming Kamen Rider Hex. She has a powerful Panther Wraith assassin named Nightstalker as her personal bodyguard/pet, he's extremely loyal to her and can merge with his armor to become her Accursed Form. In modern Tokyo, she’s a rich woman who is held in high social standing, a role she adores, but is more than willing to give up to rule along her father when he takes over the world.
Rider Appearance: Her armor is mainly black with blood red highlights, an evil-looking eye-like gem in the center of the chest. Her head resembles a black cat with glowing red eyes and she wears a witch’s hat over it. When she fuses with her ‘pet’ to become Accursed Hex, she becomes more panther like in appearance with longer claws and more red coloration on the chest and arms, and loses the hat.
Weapons: Her claws are fully functional and she has blades down the length of her forearms that can flip over to be sword-like weapons. She also has an energy whip. She also has claws on her feet as well to make her kicks more effective. In Accursed Hex form, she gets a huge boost in speed and power, as well as gaining a pair of assassin-like blades in her wrists and a pair of hook swords. She also has the ability to use “magic” in human form to some degree.

OOC: Alright, so how do we start this? With the awakening of the Kuroshoni and their intial rampage or Karin's daily life and running into Tohga?

Also, should someone be the spirit of the Earth?

((Let's go with Erika being attacked by Kuroshoni and Tohga fending them off. And you.))

OOC: Ok, the first Kuroshoni will attack, Tohga can explain what they are afterwards.

The city was in chaos, cars being thrown in all directions before a tall, heavily muscled Rhino-like creature. The monster's body was a dark grey in color, looking like it was sawn together in some places, it's lower jaw skeletal in nature. "Misery..." it muttered, it's voice low and grating. The language it spoke could not be understood by humans. "Must...feed..." he stated, rearing back and slamming its fist into the earth, sending a shockwave through the ground and blowing up several cars. He slowly turned, seeing a young woman nearby and slowly approaching. "Give me...your suffering..."

OOC: It's Erika. Also, should this be a new universe or Kage's?

((New universe. Since Yoko isn't in World of Kage fic-wise, I figure putting her in here is better.))

And was rewarded with a kick to the torso. Erika looked at the Rhino Kuroshoni with no fear. The same cannot be said for her camera crew as they were huddled behind a bench as they recorded the scene where "Fearless Reporter Erika" takes the news right to the Kuroshoni causing them. "Wow, you are a big ugly, you know that?" She said, looking at the being.

OOC: This is the first Kuroshoni.

The Rhino Kuroshoni snarled, the kick having very little effect. "Suffer!" he yelled, rearing back, only for a four sided dice-like object to be hurled, glowing with a green aura, smacking him in the head and sending him staggering back.

A man in weathered clothing with long black hair that looked unkept caught the dice as it flew back to his hand. His face was unkept as well, having 5:00 shadow but intense green eyes. "So you're a Kuroshoni," he said. "You're even uglier than I expected," he stated. He looked to Erika and gave a nod. "Nice try, but now it's my roll," he stated, holding up the dice, revealing one side had a tribal mantis design, another a Rhinobeetle, and a third an assassin bug. The fourth side differed in it had a sun burst formation.

Wind whipped around the area, green energy coming off every living thing in the surroundings, forming into a belt around the man's waist, which had a rugged look to it and a trianglar slot in the center.

Erika wisely backed up, seeing that her kick did nothing and that a big battle was coming up. "Hey, guy. Who are you?" She asked, walking to her camera crew. "Hirose, we rolling?" She muttered. "Yes, Erika-sama!" The camera guy said, saluting and pointing to the "on" light flashing. "Good." She said, looking at it.

"Good day, Kuroto-cho! I am Yamamoto Erika, bringing you an update. Kaijin are wreaking havoc in our fair city, and here behind me is one based off of a rhinoceros. And to my left is a man working to stop them! Let's watch!" She reported, mike in hand.

"My name is Tohga," stated the man. "Henshin," he said, spinning the Ferox Totem and allowing it to fall in front of the belt, being sucked in and landing on the Mantis side.

"BATTLE FORM! THROW DOWN!" announced the belt in a wild, feral voice, an aura mantis releasing from the totem and spinning around him, forming the black body suit beneath the armor. It then slammed down into it, forming the dark green armor part.

Ferox reared back, letting out an animalistic roar, helmet's jaws parting as he did so. He then took a fighting post, snarling. "Fate shall decide the victor...my name is Ferox, the child of the earth!"

"And ladies and gentlemen, we have in our presence a Kamen Rider, going by the name of Ferox! Let's see what is left of the rhinoceros-like kaijin." Erika said, looking at the camera, then slinked out of the way so people could see the fight.

Ferox roared and slashed the Rhino back with the blades running down his wrists, sending showers of sparks. He continued this tactic several times, throwing the hulking beast on its back. He then looked at Erika. "Kamen Rider?"

"It's what you are. A being who transforms into a powerful, armored form with a motorcycle as transportation who fights kaijin. Heads up!" She yelled at Ferox.
