"Daww that was totally worth it." Melody giggled with delight. "And no there's not a list, I made that all up. Though are you saying you wouldn't hit on me? I'm crushed!" Melody feigned a sad look before giggling again.
"Shut up." Drake frowned while looking down at the floor.
"Well, visiting hours are almost done so I think we'll need to go for now." Sal nodded her head and smiled at the two. "Melody you'll have to spend the night here but we'll discharge you once morning comes."
"Well alright." Melody laid back down on her bed. "I'm still worn out anyways."
"Well, good luck Melody, don´t think of ghosts or monsters that could be hanging around the dark hallways while you sleep." Drake advised with a chuckle before he walked to the door.
"......G-ghosts....!?" Melody said in a panicked voice. "Darn you Drake!!" Melody threw at a pillow at the closing door.
That night the lab´s medical wing had become completely quiet, there wasn´t a single light that shone on the hall and the only people around where the guards and Melody. That is not taking into account the figure that slowly approached Melody´s room. Drake grinned, he was wearing a hood and black face paint as well as carrying a flash light as he slowly opened the door.
Sleeping soundly Melody was woken up by the sound of her opening door. "W-w-who's t-there?" She asked in a panicked voice. All she could see was a dark figure at the entrance of her room so she screamed and threw everything within reach at the figure.
"Ah!" Drake screamed, trying to dodge all of the things that Melody started to throw at him, only for him to slip and fall on the floor. This in turn caused him to let out a loud groan as he rolled around on the floor. "Damn it Melody can't you just shriek like normal girls." he pointed otu as he tried to push himself back up.
"That voice....." Melody reached for the light switch beside her bed and turned the lights on. Glaring at the figure before her Melody frowned. "Why are you sneaking into my room at night?"
"I wanted to scare you a little." Drake laughed while ruffling the back of his head. "So I stole Sal's card and decided to come over to see you."
"Well it worked." Melody frowned and hugged a pillow to her chest. "Now why is it you wanted to see me?" Melody asked with a light blush on her face.
Drake looked at her for a moment before looking away and blushing. "I didn't...I didn't want you to feel lonely." he pointed out while ruffling the back of his head.
"Aww so you can be a gentleman!" Melody teased. "Though thank you really, I appreciate it. Though I was sleeping..." Melody shot another glare at Drake before smiling.
"Sorry." Drake bowed his head in shame.
