Thread: Frostbitten (Scarlet Enchantress & Stellar Gale)

Van and Edward nodded their heads to each other before they wakled over to see Rose.

"Doesn't she look beautiful?" Rose's boss swooned as she was proud of making the young woman dressed for the masquerade ball.

"Definetily." both of them replied in unison as they stared at Rose. Van walked closer to her before bowing and kissing her hand once more.

"I'm glad to be going with such a beautiful woman." he pointed out before looking up at her.

Rose blushed in embarrassment as she grabbed a mask.

"Shall we get going then?" she asked.

"Yes we shall." Van smiled at her before putting on a silver colroed mask. "I can't wait to get there." he stated before guiding her towards him and then beginning to walk. Edward smiled before he looked at one of th ewomen that he had been speaking to.

"Shall we go?" Edward smiled at the woman.

Rose nodded as she put on her bronze mask and followed Van.

"Yes," the woman replied as she grabbed Edward's hand.

"I'm sure we'll have loads of fun too." Edward smiled before kissing the woman's hands as well. Unlike Van though he was already inducing some hypnotism on her.

Van smiled warmly at Rose and began leading her towards the ball. "Have you ever been to a ball?"

"I'm too poor to go to such things," Rose replied, "This is a first."

The woman giggled as she was already in Edward's spell.

"Don't worry then." Van smiled. "I'll guide you through this." he stated as the two walked into the ball he looking at all the other couples as well.


"What's your name?" Edward asked.

"Okay," Rose replied as she walked into the ballroom.

"Camilla," the woman replied.

"Shall we dance." Van smiled at Rose before guiding her to the ball room. "I'll guide you."

"That's a really wonderful name." Edward smiled at Camilla and led her to the dance floor. "Wanna dance?"

"Yes," Rose replied as she gently grabbed onto Van's hand.

Camille giggled as she led Edward to the dance floor.

Van smield and put his arms around Rose before he began to gently lead her. "So do you live alone?" he asked.

"Come on then." Edward smiled before leading her to the dance floor and beginning to dance with her. He smiled before whispering to her ear. "You are the most beautiful woman here."

"No," Rose replied, "I live with my mother and sister. My father travels a lot. My mother takes care of Kari while I work to help make ends meet."

Camilla giggled and blushed as she danced with Edward.

"Is Kari your sister?" Van asked while smiling.
