"Can't we all go?" Van asked curiously.

"Well, we can if you'd like," Rose answered, "I was just thinking that you would want to spend some alone time with Eli."

Van looked at Rose before turning to look at their son. "I guess you're right."

"Well, I don't mind if you come along, love," Rose answered with a smile, "You can visit with Edward and Francois if you desire."

"Yeah." Van nodded his head and smiled before walking to Rose and the others, Eli now in his arms.

"I suppose we shall go now," Arielle commented, "Come, Maximus." The large black Pyrenees stood up and stood alongside his owner. Rose picked up Alexandria and held her close. In that moment, Arielle's eyes flashed and they were teleported to Francois' mansion.

"Why couldn't you have done that before?" Rose asked. Arielle chuckled and shook her head.

"Needed the exercise," she replied before opening the door.

"Plus it's not good to overdo it." Van nodded his head and walked inside of the mansion.

"I almost never use my teleportation abilities," Arielle chuckled as she followed.

"So where are they?" Van asked, he walking in deeper and looking around for Francois.

"Around here somewhere," Arielle nodded, "I'll lead you guys to Kari's room." with that, she led them into the guest room where Kari was staying. Kari was just lying there, emotionless. Arielle knocked slightly before opening the door. "Kari, I have visitors here." Kari sighed before sitting up in the bed.

"Okay, miss," she replied in frustration. Rose walked in with Alexandria in her arms.

"Hello Kari." Van greeted her and waved.

"Who are they?" Kari asked.

"I'm Rose," Rose replied, "This is Alexandria." Alexandria giggled as Rose sat her on the bed. Alexandria crawled over and began petting Kari's nose.

"Alexandria's your niece." Van smiled and sat down so that Eli could see her. "And this is Eli."

"I don't remember them..." Kari replied with a frown. Alexandria frowned as she kept patting Kari's face.

"Kawwi," she pouted sadly.

Van couldn't help but frown, seeing that Alexandria herself seemed heartbroken about Kari's situation.
