Thread: First Steps (MidnightSunset and Greece)

"Uhh, yep." said Steven. He almost forgot about the man. "o-oh, sorry sir!"

"Ya, umm, sir are you OK?"

"... ... AHAHA!!" the man bellowed. "I'm fine!!! Well, I may as well introduce myself. My name is Birch, Professor Birch. I'm heading down to my new lab in Littleroot Town. And you two kids are...?"

"I'm Erin and this is my best friend Steven!" Erin said as she gestured to Steven "We just got our first pokemon and know we're going on a journey!"

"Yeah, a journey!!! Erin got a Bagon and I received a Beldum." said Steven. "AHAHA!!!" The man opened his breifcase. There were 3 Pokeballs there. "Kids, take your pick! As a new professor, I have to issue starter Pokemon. I'm practicing on you kids." Birch said.

"I don't know about you, but this is the best type of guinea pig I wanna be." Erin said to Steven. She turned to the professor "Do we get to know whats inside each one, or is it gonna be random?"

"Random, of course!!!!" The professor chuckled.

"All the more fun!" Erin said "Steven do you wanna chose first?"

"Uhh, sure." Steven picked up the ball farthest to the right. It was damp. "Alright Erin, your turn."

"OK!" Erin said as she picked up the one in the middle

Steven threw his Pokeball. A Mudkip popped out! "Kip!" squeaked the little water-type.

Erin threw her pokeball and out came a Treecko "Aww it's so cute!"

"AHAHA!!! Well, you kids be safe. G'bye!" Professor Birch left them and headed to Littleroot.

"Well that was strange, but a good thing! Right Steven?"

"Yeah!!!" yelled Steven. He was already in the other town.
