The End is Here (Regireece and Black Dog)

"Fine..." Parker mumbled to himself as he followed Reece's lead. They kept walking and there was no sound for uabout 20 feet. Parker flipped on his flashlight, and saw the source of the noise.

The pair froze. They couldn't believe their eyes. A sudden wave of cool fell over the two guys as they shuddered. "That's what the noise was.."

There stood a creature of unimaginable mutation. It was disgusting. Its previous human body was completely mangled into a spiny, bony spider like beast. It had bones that had shot through the palms of its hands and balls of its feet. They were the scuttling. It was taller than both boys even though it was on all 4's. On its side, where its ribs used to be, were bones that seemed to have begun growing outwards. It stunk. Its breath was smelled lethal as it slowly approached them. The only distinguishable feature about it was the face. That was slumped at the end of its neck, derived of any expression or life.

Ooc: how does that sound?

Parker stood in one place, frozen by fear, heart pounding at an incredible rate. All at once, Parker felt adreneline pour into his veins and rush throughout his body. Everything slowed down. The beast that had been racing towards them just a second ago was now walking. Reece moved very slowly. Parker drew his loaded gun and fired into the beast's mangled and expresionless face.

The beast didn't flinch or faulter, it simply carried on trawling over to the boys. They both unleashed their whole clips into it's face to no avail. "WHAT THE F--K DO WE HAVE DO?!" he said as he lunged around the corner to load another clip, pulling Parker with him

"I don't know Reece!" Parker yelled. The beast seemed near impenatrable. It wasn't killed two whole clips to the face. "I'm out of ideas!"

Reece tried to calm down, "okay..okay..maybe... What about the limbs? If we can shoot it where it joins the body..."

Reece swung around the corner just as the beast was reaching out and was knocked over. "you mother..." and a's the beat stepped directly over him, he was what appeared to be a mouth in it's underbelly that was chomping away a's it lowered. "Got it! PARRKKKERRRR!" he yelled at the top of his voice

Parker looked on from his place against thr wall. Hisfriend was lying under thr beast. The beast had apparently noticed Reece as well, and was now trying to get at him.

"Hey you!"Parker yelled. The beast whirled to face him. "That's right! Come on! EAT ME DAMMIT!" Parker screamed, attempting to coaxe the beast closer to him, just long enough to kill it.

A's Parker got the beasts attention, it stopped trying to lower it's mouth onto Reece. He quickly grabbed his gun from the floor, rolled to the side to void being impaled by it's bone leg, and got back up. He shot a bullet into the area where it's hind leg joined it's torso, and watched as it buckled. The beast spun around faster than Reece could fathom, and gave yet another empty expression when Reece shot another bullet into it's face out of shock.

Reece was right, he thought, watching the beast buckle. When it whirled to face Reece, Parker heard a shot, but saw nothing. Parker immediately fired a shot at each of the beast's boney hind legs.

Reece watched a's the creatures back end slumped onto the floor, it was still determined to get him, and slashed out with it's bony hand. Reece barely managed to avoid it, and tripped again. He then shot it several times in the shoulder and watched a's it wriggles on the floor in agony

Parker fired multiple shots at the beast's body as it relentlessly pursued his new friend. Yet again, they failed to even slow it down. It also seemed to be healing at a tremendous pace. He suddenly had an idea.

"REECE!" he screamed. "SHOOT BOTH OF IT'S FRONT LEGS! I GOT IT'S BACK ONES!" Parker figured if shooting 3 legs slowed it down, then all 4 shot must stop it. He fired at both of the beast's hind legs, and watched it flop onto the floor.

Reece nodded in acknowledgement and unleashed a hail of bullets at the beasts legs, concentrating more on the right hand side. He heard the all too familiar clicking and realised he had no more ammo. He looked around frantically. Noticing a fire axe behind a piece of glass, he ran up punched it with all his strength... "MOTHERF-AHHH" he roared in agony a's his hand bounced straight back from the glass "what the hell is this made of?!?". The beast was closing in on him, "PARKER! did you get any other guns???" he yelled across the corridor

"I got a whole bag full!" He replied over the beast's agonized howls. He slid a handgun across the floor, missing the beast's mutated bones. Parker caontinued to fire shots from his gun until his clip was emptied. "This thing just won't die, will it?"

"thanks!!" he yelled, and noticed that the beasts right arm was hanging with no movement. Reece grabbed the gun and shot the glass case, before putting the safety lever on and putting it in his pocket. He grabbed the big red axe, and in-between avoiding a swipe, drove it straight through the monsters left arm, causing it's whole body to give way. Seeing the opportunity he sliced through the right hand arm, then thre the axe over the monster to Parker, "I believe we have a solution" he said panting

"I see that!" Parker said as he put his arm out to catch the axe. As it came near his hand, he reached out his other hand and caught the axe. He hacked away at the beast's hind legs were severed from it's body. Blood poured from the beast's body and covered the floor surrounding it with a thin layer.
