Thread: Final Fantasy RP

Neo looked at the man next to him. "Why the hell would you need to know that?"
"Why would you need to know that?" the king asked, looking at Maximillian confusedly.

"So I can save her, of course. Tell me, what does she look for in a man? If she got married, would her spouse get any money?" Maximillian asked.

Raem entered the throne room at that point, and bowed to the king.

"I have arrived. Appears I was a bit late." he said. "What's the mission?"

"But why would you need to know her bra size?" Neo asked. He then noticed a warrior in armor. "The mission is we have to go save a princess from a strong knight dude," he said.

"What if he has two princesses? How can we tell the difference if he has two if we don't know her bra size?" Maximillian asked.

Raem turned to face the warrior-looking person who had spoken to him. "Saving a princess from a big bad knight? Now that's something I haven't done before. I assume everyone's already done their introductions, correct?"

Isaac had stayed quiet throughout the entire conversation, keeping his face within his palm. That was until he grew tired and smacked Maximilian in the back of the head.
"Enough, his majesty has asked for our aid in rescuing his daughter and it is our duty to comply. Enough talk of......bras...." He seemed quiet uncomfortable saying that last word.

"Easy, they look different," Neo said. Then he looked at the knight in black armor. "Finally, some sense. I believe it is time to go. Anybody know of a mode of transportation we can use to get to the...?" he continued, looking at the king.
"Garland resides in the ruins of a castle to the north," the king said.
"Alright. Anyone know of where we can get something to get to ruins to the north?" Neo asked.

"Any casinos nearby?" Maximillian asked, taking out a deck of cards.

"I don't think so," Neo replied. "I should know, I know this town pretty well."

"Banks?" Maximillian asked.

(Wow, the story has progressed a good bit. Crap....)

From outside the throne room there is a loud Commotion, seemingly in a trail of people getting louder and louder, as though they were closer. Suddenly, the doors swing open and a small moogle comes flying in, struggling to gain balance as he flies, taking a flip foraward and falls to the ground and rolls over straight below the others stopping at the step up to the throne, faceplanting into the side of the step. "That...." *He says muffled "... is the last time I try and ask for directions in this castle" He stands up and pats off the dirt and realizes there are more people around. He looks at the king then the other hero's. "Oh.... uh, Hi...."

"To get to the north, we could always just walk." Raem suggested. "May not be quick, but it's easy and cheap."

Isaac nodded at Raem's suggestion. Walking was cheaper than anything else, despite it not being convenient. There was also the possibility of the terrain being too difficult for them and the likely exhaustion before the battle.

"Perhaps there is someplace to rent out Chocobos nearby?"

OOC: I thought Mog was with us?

"Walking might be cheaper, but riding a chocobo would be quicker and easier," Neo said. "I think there's a chocobo stable near the entrance of the town. Either way, we should probably get going."
