The only exceptions to this rule are if the monsters effect prevents it from being special summoned. fusion monsters are not subject to that rule.

The Egytion Gods, Evil Gods, Sacred Beasts, and Polar Gods, as well as the five pieces of exodia, are strictly forbbiden. With th exodia pieces, you can own them, but they cannot be used in a duel.

Okay, Egyptian Godss I can understand, but why the Wickeds, and Sacreds? (Don't know about the polar gods)? And why is Exodia banned? They're all legal.

Also, you have a bunch of spelling/grammar errors and you might want to format your deck so it's easier to read.

Other than that, was thinking about joining, but I'm already running a YGO RP over at TVTropes, got into an RP here, and am participating in NaNoWriMo, but I'd like to see how this progresses.

That's interesting; I might have a look when I have the time. Thanks!

I imagine mainly because they're all super powerful, and it would this be foolish to think that someone wouldn't decide to have all of them in their deck. Also, there are versions of the Gods that are legal, I've seen 'em in person.

I know there are versions of them that are usuable, but there aren't any tournament legal ones- I have the 'real' Obelisk. However, IRL, I run an Avatar deck with only one Avatar. And in my RP over at TVTropes, Avatar's spirit is a main character and used by the headmaster all the time, and the other two are characters, too. Limiting them makes sense- banning them outright, IMO, does not.

The reason I banned the wicked gods, sacred beast, and polar gods is because they're more or less the god cards of their respective shows. The polar gods even have the divine atribute. Exodia is banned because of the fact that once you have all five pieces it's an instant win.

So? There's other ways to instant win. F.I.N.A.L., the Chimeratech Overdragon combo (basically), decking out, and a multitude of others- banning Exodia seems silly. If you want a complete list of instant wins, go to the wikia and look for the page on them. It's a legitamate strategy, and you're blocking it for little reason.

I banned the most obvious OHK method. The others require more complex strategy, and only the most die hard players would probably know of them. Exodia however is well known as a one hit killer.

Exodia is one of the hardest ones to get- and die hard players is an exaggeration by far.

Exodia is still the best know and requires the least amount of stratagy. all some one would need is a deck based around getting the cards in your hand, and thats not hard to do. matter of fact all you realy have o do is load a deck with sandgans.

Except you can only have one sangan in an official duel. However, there are loads of other cards like that (Just off the top of my head, mystic tomato and witch of the black forest.) Besides, SI, he's the GM, it's his call. You're not even joining. Speaking of which, can I have a reserved spot?

Really? I don't have sangan so i don't know the limit of that card. Still, load a deck with the same types of cards and you have the same effect as a deck full of sangan.

Honestly I realy don't mind. I'm more than happy to answer their questions. I do have a problem when people question why I do something. I have my reasons.

edit: Just noticed you wanted to reserve a spot. Sure, I don't have a problem with that. Not like there's limited space in this anyway.

Name: Joseph and Joshua “The Clones” Antonimous

    Age: 15

    Gender: Male

    Dorm: Slifer Red

    Appearance:

Joe and Josh stand tall for their age at six foot, and have a pale complexion. They have black, messy hair (though Joshes is approximately an inch longer) and bright, turquoise eyes. They have slightly longer and sharper canine teeth than average, meaning they can make them protrude slightly from their mouths and back again. They each have a thin, four-inch long scar on the side of their face (right for Joe, left for Josh) because they were born Siamese. They’re never seen without a pair of fingerless gloves (style may vary).

    Personality:
They’re very sarcastic and stubborn. They both love music, and as such, always have a large shell flute on their possession. They care for one another, and rarely trust others. They both have mild ADHD (Josh also has MDS (Mild Depression Syndrome)) which causes them to be hyperactive at inappropriate times,. Because of this, and several other *ahem* contributing factors, outsiders consider them to be insane, often referring them to people who can “help” them.

Deck: (They both use the same)

    -Monsters-

    3x Sapphire Pegasus
    2x Cobalt eagle
    3x Topaz Tiger
    2x Ruby Carbuncle
    2x Amber Mammoth
    3x Amethyst Cat
    1x Rescue cat
    2x Summoner Monk
    2x Emerald Tortoise
    2x Kuraz the Light Monarch
    1x Rainbow Dragon

    -Spells-

    3x Ancient City Rainbow Ruins
    3x Crystal Beacon
    1x Crystal Promise
    2x Crystal Tree
    1x Crystal Blessing
    2x Crystal Release
    2x Rare Value
    1x Terraforming
    2x Lightning Vortex
    1x Mystical Space Typhoon
    2x Smashing Ground
    3x Gold Sarcophagus

    -Traps-

    2x Needle Ceiling
    1x Torrential Tribute

I may edit Josh in a seperate, either yugi-or-viehcroid-based, deck.
    I claim Unown J. Fear teh J.
