Thread: World Tournament RP

I was surprised to find both that I'm not running 5 RPs and that no-ones done a specific World Tournament RP. So this RP will be based in Driftveil City in Unova, where the World Tournament is being held. Along with the main tournament, many sub-tournaments will be held, like Type Master. Anime characters will be entering too, as well as manga ones. The aim is to win as many tournaments as possible, especially the main tournament.

Are the weather - inducers (Ninetales, Politoed, Tyranitar, Hippowdon, Abomasnow) permitted to have weather-inducing abilities (Drought, Drizzle, Sand Stream, Snow Warning)? And how about legendaries? You've not said anything about having them or not and I definitely plan on using Latias if I can.
