Thread: The Universe Coliseum *start up*

"Link. You will not die in the pit." Ganon screams, learning he can't fight Link just yet, instead signing up for a monster battle.
"So, what's a pretty girl like you doing in a place like this?" Mugen asks Franziska.

OOC: You cannot battle each other until you reach Gladiator rank. It won't take long but please follow that rule. Remember, all of you are apprentices now.

OC: Alright, edited.

Ventus walked up to the board, and quickly signed his name, excited to finally start.

Ezio flicked a stamp casually at the signup board. The impact left his name signed up for a battle. He turned and walked away with a smile.

Samus watched this with a raised eyebrow before walking over and signing up for her own battle.

"If you must know.. I'm.... here to compete", Franziska replied, while eying the stranger with a suspicious glance. "May I ask who YOU are?"

I knew he was full of crap Mysterious Stranger thought.
Mysterious Stranger then signed up and wanting to advance quickly he added a side note asking to be able to take on 3 at once.

"Toon Link to the Warrior entrance, I repeat Toon Link to the Warrior entrance!" said a voice over the intercom. In sight there is a door next to the entrance of the Coliseum, right next to the ticket booth, which says Warrior entrance on it.

"Name's Mugen. Bodyguard. Swordsman. Lawn Mower. Mine disarmer. Cat catcher. Guess you could call me a renaissance man." He says, meeting her gaze. "Can I ask who you are?"

"Interesting, my name's... (hmm.. he could be the one I am after, better not give too much away.. now.. what to say)..", it was at that point, she had an idea, "I'm Franziska Wright, and I am a spirit medium!" , she declared

"Spirits? I'd like some, but I might have to fight." Mugen says, at this point realizing he's late for a battle. "Oh, crap! Gotta go!" He says, heading to the board and signing up for a fight.

Toon Link strolled over to to entrance and drew his sword and shield.

The room Toon Link walked into is just a small room with 3 walls. Where the space that a 4th wall should be there is a big gate. If you look through it there is the Coliseum, the large battle field and the surrounding stands. "Good Morning everyone!" said the announcer, "and Welcome to the Universe Coliseum! Today we have one of our newest Apprentices hoping to succeed in his first Battle. His name is Toon Link!" The announcer said enthusiastically. "On the other side we have one of our favorite monsters. Some of you say we should let him be a regular competitor. That's right, it's Lizardman! Now lets get this match underway!" The gate started rising as the crowd roared. On the other side of the Coliseum there stands a Lizard monster wielding a small axe and a small shield, like this. Lizardman then starts charging across the Coliseum towards Toon Link.

OOC: Every time a battle starts until it ends only the people competing in the battle can post. This is just to make sure there is no confusion.

"Hmph, well, I had better get myself signed up as well", she thought to herself, wondering where she was supposed to go for that
