Thread: THP: The Dividing Line (Start-Up)

"I was wondering when you thought of that," Ozias grinned, "But. You've broken into the Briarwoods' basement, in their mansion, where I, among others, am taking residence. Therefore, it is my business what you're doing here, and in my best interests to make you leave if your intentions are undesirable."

Somewhat in response, both Merges fired a Shadow Ball at Ozias.

"Look what the meowth dragged in," Knight said coming down and blocking the shadow balls with a flamethrower.

A-II slammed the floor, creating an Earthquake.

Ozias Protected himself and Knight from the Earthquake before pursuing his attackers. He sent a telepathic message to his allies.

A-II and some other Merge is in the mansion! I'd recommend locating and capturing them. But that's just me.

Emily, who'd never been sent a message before, was confused. "What's that? I could've sworn I heard..."
"You did," Sophia told her, "He's telepathic, remember? You told me you were a Trainer?"
"Yeah."
"Show us what you can do." Emily nodded, sending out a Houndoom.

[MM] all heard the message an immediately started looking for the enemies.

"A-II's the Metagross guy, isn't he?" Emily asked.
"That's the one," One of Sol's heads nodded.
"Okay, Houndoom, you heard. Find the Metagross!" Emily's Houndoom produced a cross between a bark and a roar before running to find A-II.

A-II chuckled. "So... You're afraid you'll lose, aren't you? That's why you called for backup, just now, isn't it? Ozias, you've always been pathetic, but I'd never have imagined you to request assistance from a human. Ha!" A-II charged towards Ozias, a Shadow Ball in each hand.

"I'll leave him to you," Knight said using extreme speed on A-Is ally

"A human? I don't think so," he laughed, "You've never been much better though, you know. You biggest weapons are your insults. You can't fight, so that's how you choose to make up for it. Which is fine, if you want to be a feeble jerk in a tin hat." Ozias then finished by charging A-II with a Fire Punch in each fist.

Knight simply passed through A-II's ally. She shot a Shadow Ball at Ozias, and A-II fired his right before he could collide with the Gallade Merge.

Ozias took all three Shadow Balls. "Hm. You're getting stronger. I'm impressed. But after all these years, the most impressive thing about you... You're still bone-dead stupid. Like so." Ozias used Foresight on A-II's partner, and then Drain Punch.

OOC: Yes, I know Gallade can't learn Foresight, I adopted it to him as a reference to his telepathy: its Japanese name is Miyaburu, Thought Read.

OOC: Sorry for being so late.

Asilla ran downstairs and found Merges fighting. She came in and Slammed A-II, not knowing who the Merge was.

The shadow-Merge took the Drain Punch, then used Destiny Bond.
A-II grabbed Asilla by the neck and flung her at Ozias.

Ooc: it would have been nice to know that his ally is a ghost before hand

Knight noticing that the ally was ghost type turned around and used flame charge on it.
