When you do bring in legendary merges then maybe two of the same legendary merge for smaller ones like that are weak and larger ones that play important roles only one of each.

I realized that Felicity was like Felicia after I typed.

What about Legendary Merges?

When you bring them in legendaries that are mascots of games should only have one merge that they go into since I would figure their DNA would be harder to get than something like cresselia
