Opal used psychic lifting the syringe to Petra. Gregorcovered by Jet and Ace released his form and pressed a claw to Peteras neck as Opal helped cover him. "You have your syringe now speak or I slice"

"Ozias..... I.... I....." Asilla fainted.

"I told you! Oh, and Cindy would like for her reasons to remain confidential."
Cindy took the syringe. "Thanks. Now, I'll jus--"
"We need to watch you while you inject yourself." Milena hissed.
"Oh, fine..."

Mark noticed the situation behind the restaurant from the doorway. "Hey, those guys.... They're like us..."
"Yeah, they are... Think they might know anything?" Fleur briefly considered. "Of course, we can't tell them."
They both hung near the group, close enough to consider their options... and hopefully far enough away to not be noticed.

But the threat changed it all, Mark almost felt compelled to get involved. He turned into his Merge form and drew his right arm seamitar in one movement, and parried the arm away by the claw. "I'm sure whatever is going on here, we're not killing over it!"

Asilla was unconscious.

Ozias caught her again. "I'll need to look into this."

"Stop this. Now. Mark, this is important. Put the sword away."

Milena and Chiara hauled Cindy into an alley. "Now... Inject yourself."
Cindy did so, then screamed in both agony and excitement.

Asilla woke up. "Ozias? I fainted again, didn't I?" she asked. I can't believe it. I fell for Ozias! And he's way older than me!

Ozias raised an eyebrow but remained silent. Sometimes he thought his telepathy was too good.

D-Did he read my mind?! Crap! "Ozias, did you get anything.... unexpected from the minds around you?" Asilla asked.

Cindy smiled darkly. "Fabulous."

Anthony and Lexi simultaneously shuddered. "Uh, can we go? I think we're about to recombine."

"You guys go. I'll stay here." Asilla said. Alyra...... I need your help.

"All the time," he smiled, "Don't worry. It happens. I won't tell anyone."

"Go then. We can handle things here."

"Y-You won't?!" That makes me so happy! WOOHOO!
