A girl popped into existence right in Joseph's way. She seemed somewhat ethereal, as if only part of her was there. She flipped a strand of bright white hair out of her face. "Hello, Joseph. I've been eager to meet you for some time."
"Woah; the hell?! Who are you? For that matter, what city is this?" he asked her.
"If you say so..." he replied to her.
"Sure; I'll meet up with all the other folks who are just like this, so that we'll be in a circumstance in which, if one of us gets caught, we'll all probably just go to the closest thing in reality to hell. Then, once I get there, everyone will celebrate the fact of how I escaped, and none of us will ever get caught, much less the entirety of us. And do you know what we're going to do next? Afterwards, we're all just going to have a BIG, F*CKING TEA PARTY! *ehem*... No; I don't think I will do that."

Helen pointed at Joseph, the tip of her finger glowing brighter than a police searchlight, crackling with energy. "You shouldn't talk like that in my presence, let alone to me. They accepted me, even after I attempted to kill them. Some of them have gone months without being caught, and others could level entire cities on their own," Helen lowered her arm, "I'd recommend it."
"Alright; I'll do it because the levitating Arceus Merge chick inside my head who no one else can see told me to. I don't care about exactly what you might be capable of. I would readily endure hell for an infinite number of causes. I will find this group of other Merges, though. I might as well at least be in contact with them."
"Um...?" Scorpion was confused by Nix stopping just before she finished the sentence.
Sure, Rem replied.
"I'm going to go track those naughty little runaway children," Alexandra said.
You should read Cucumber Quest because it's a rad webcomic that anyone can enjoy.
"You know what? I don't give a damn whether or not you're actually existential or what anyone might do to me in the end, but you're at least in my reality, so I'll acknowledge that you exist. I apologize for having been uncourteous, Helen; I had a difficult moment while I was endeavoring to escape. I would appreciate it if you will kindly tell me where I am, when it is, and how to find the other Merges."
Joseph ended his mental conversation with the Merge.
It was a request; not a command... I'm worried I might have left the impression that I hate her. I don't hate her herself; as a matter of fact, I don't even really hate the people who worked on the Project either. Whatever; I'll have to find out everything for myself. I need a calendar or a map.
He headed down the street when he noticed a gasoline station. He crossed the road quickly and went inside. He tried to look around for anything; he noticed a digital clock on the wall and a map of the city on the cash register counter.
So; right now I'm in the southwestern corner of Goldenrod City... and it's been a few weeks since I was kidnapped.
He headed outside and began running north. He knew this city fairly well. He was surprised by how he hadn't thought of it before, seeing the brilliant coast to the West from the building which was either owned by or rented to the Project. He thought of either heading to the Train Station or just leaving to go to Ecruteak. He really wanted to find other Merges, but he couldn't really do it without any traces of them.
"I already understand the matter; I see everyone else's realities. I know they have pain to suffer through as well. I know everyone deserves to just go to hell. I care about everyone else; even the people who have been so cruel. I'm sorry for and to everyone who suffers, including the people who believe they are alone or no one cares simply because no one in their viewpoints knows them and no one exists with them in that individual reality who does; life is so painful... Really; the only thing which is worth living for is this: to do what's best for everyone else. I never wanted to be impolite. I really cherish everyone."
