OOC: OK then, the semifinal match between @Tris79; and @RegiReece; will take place. I promise that after this the finals will happen and after that we'll time skip to sport.

Sam walked over to where the semifinal match was about to take place. The two trainers both looked formidable, and he spotted his friend Reece there as well.

"Come on Reece!" he shouted.

OOC: Remember that both of you would have won two hypothetical battles to get here, so you Pokémon know every move up that they can up to level 13. If anyone else wants clarification on their levels, just ask me.

Reece called out his Taillow before he had even reached the battlefield, "Taillow, Wing atttack! And stay away from his electric attacks!"

Luna ran to the battlefield to watch the semi-finals. "Go, both of you! This will be an exciting match!"

"That it will." said Dawn.

Before the shinx could retaliate, taillow slammed it's wings into it, pushing it along the ground for several metres. "Great Taillow! Quick Attack"

"Counter with ThunderShock."he yelled.

"Taillow, Dodge it with your quick attack!"

"Who will win? The answer is obviously the trainer with a Shinx.

"Use Spark at close range.Then when its guard is down,use Bite."he yelled to his pokemon.

OOC:Please explain leveling up to me again.

(Hey, I see an electric type and a Taillow here... who else has watched the gym battle with Liza and Tate in Mossdeep City?! lol I know it was actually Swellow and they were on the same team... but still...)

"I wouldn't judge them by type," Luna said. "I can see that Shinx is more likely to win, but there have been plenty of times when the pokemon with the disadvantage pulled through."
