Thread: Sinnoh Journey (Start-up)

"I'm Jewel, and my shinx I just gave to Nurse Joy is Diamond," Jewel introduced herself.

OOC: As I've feared...the RP has slowed down dramatically...

OOC: Most likely because of school and finals are coming up

OOC: So it's been over a month since anyone posted in this RP. Should I consider it dead?

Once getting her pokemon back from Nurse Joy, Jewel spoke up. "We should eat lunch and then start for Oreburgh."

Having previously gotten his Chimchar checked up by Nurse Joy, learning he was in a very healthy condition, Justin rejoined Jewel "Oh alright! I'm pretty hungry and I'm sure Chimchar is too...I should really pick up some supply before we go to Oreburg City though." Justin said as he began to head for the Pokemon Center's cafeteria

Jewel opted to eat a simple sandwich, while giving Diamond some pokemon food.

Justin went over to grab himself a tuna sandwhich, also grabbing some pokemon food for Chimchar. After grabbing his food he sat down with Jewel and allowed Chimchar to eat with Jewel's Shinx. "So uhh Jewel we're going to Oreburg next right? Thats where the first gym is I think." He said

"Yeah I believe the gym leader uses rock types. It's going to be tough with these two," she noted.

Justin looked down at Chimchar, knowing he was a fire type and rock had the advantage "I hope we can handle him....Fire and Electric aren't very effective and we haven't really done much training yet." Justin said, taking a bite out of his sandwich after.

Chimchar looked up at Justin for a moment while chewing his food "Chiiimchaaar!" (I'm sure we can handle it!) He told him in a positive attitude which made Justin smile

"Maybe we'll learn something useful on the way there." Once done eating Jewel stood up ready to leave.

OOC:Got to go to bed.

Miles kept an eye on the trainers he had met earlier at the lab, while he ate at the Pokemon Center. He figured he'd leave when they did, travelling alone wouldn't be very fun after all.
