I think this thread is basically dead. She hasn't updated since 30th July so people who have asked for advertising Sign Ups have most likely found and closed the sign up, and it that time the RP Sign Ups weren't even put on the first page.

I suggest that maybe this thread should be like done over again by a Mod. So delete this and make a spanking brand new, official one and keep it organized and such.

I agree. This time, it should be maintained by multiple people as well, I think - less of a load on everyone.

Also, there should be a system set in place for determining how long an RP should stay on the list - perhaps all Advertisement Requests should be accompanied by a Sign-Up Closure Date? Even RP's that are "Always Open" could have a date of some sort, perhaps several months away, because even if the Sign-Ups are always open, the RP itself obviously won't last forever.

RP's could be organized by Sign-Up Closure Date, with the RPs closest to closing their Sign-Ups listed first - this would make thread maintenance very easy. Just skim the list once in a while to make sure the 'outdated' ads at the top of the list are removed.
