Appearance: 5"9, Thin with somewhat long arms and more muscular legs. His hair is tied back in a ponytail with only his long bangs left free. He wears a white beanie, and some have even commented that it resembles the top of his Snover's head. Due to an accident that happened in Oscar's history, he always wears bandages on his arms to hide the scars he collected.

Home Region: Sinnoh

History: Oscar's parents spent a lot of their days studying the weather and it's affect on the environment and pokemon. Oscar's father was a pokemon doctor, and his mother was an environmentalist. As you can imagine, he picks up on a few of their habits. One day, they were deep in the north studying the ice flows when they happened upon a Snover youth trapped under a rock slide. They managed to save the young Snover, but Oscar scarred his arms from the immense weight of the sharp stones in the process. They treated and took care of the Snover until it was in healthy condition, but when they returned the Snover to be released, it refused to leave Oscar's side. Snover became Oscar's first pokemon, and after some debate his parents decided it was about time that Oscar went off to see the world without his parent's guiding him.

Personality: Oscar is often described as eccentric, with a laid back attitude with the perspective of a naturalist due to the way he was brought up. He often eats organic foods, and avoids meat unless there is a special occasion. He is a caring individual who enjoys battling, but also enjoys the breeding side of things.

Pokemon: Tepig, Female, named Minnie.
Snover, Male, named Iego

Other: Yes, he's of kind like a hippy. All kinds of people live in the pokemon world.

Oops, my mistake. When I read 'Basic Pokemon' I thought he simply meant an unevolved pokemon. Alright then, I'll change it up now.

Don't worry about it. He's a decent enough human being. I doubt his sexuality will even come up in role play.
