Thread: The Rescue Misson- Start Up

OOC: Gotta go, I'll be back in a bit.

"Neither," Gold said to Jordan. "Unless Ralts wants to. I'm going to let him decide instead of choosing for him."

That Morning...

"My Kingdra can watch the water," Gold said. "He's got sharp eyes."
Gold climbed into the boat, releasing Kingdra as he went.

Jordan laughed as he boarded the boat. "Me? Tired? Between fishing with daddy and getting four or so hours of sleep for work, I'd feel awkward if I got the chance to sleep for too long."

Jordan threw his bag onto a seat, where he then unzipped it and removed an energy drink. "Here's all the sleep I need right here."

"Alright everyone release their water Pokemon, flying Pokemon can help too" Cooper replied as they boarded onto the boat. The captain was up sailing the boat on a route they know where to go.

"Well that's where I am needed, Gyarados Chatot let's go" Katherine ordered as she released her water Pokemon and flying. Gyarados splashed into the water before coming up as Chatot sat on Katherine's shoulder.

"We should get there in an hour" Cooper confirmed

Jordan pulled two of the ultra balls off of his belt, one with a "Z" etched into it, and one with an "S." He clicked the button for the first ball, and released his Dragonite. "Zeus, follow the boat until we hit land. Stay waterbound." Zeus acknowledged his order and dove into the water, swimming alongside the boat.

Jordan dropped the second ball onto the floor, releasing Seraph for simple company.

Lan climbed into a boat, looking at his pokeballs. "Go dragonite!" Lan commanded. Dragonite appeared and flew into the air.

Jordan looked up into the sky as he drank from the can he removed from his bag, watching Lan's Dragonite take flight. "Geez, we all share a Pokemon with someone else, don't we?"

Jordan's Dragonite then jumped out of the water, flying upwards past Lan's.

"Wow, thats two pokemon that i have that someone else also has," Lan said. Lan then looked over to Jordon. "While we wait for others, wanna see whos dragonite can touch the bottom of the lake and come up first?" Lan asked Jordon.

"You're on man," Jordan said as he pulled a coin from his pocket.

"We go as soon as it hits the floor of the boat."

"Ok. Dragonite, you ready?" Lan asked.

Zaar sent out his Sharpedo, and it promptly fell into the sea.

"Sharpedo, we need to reach that island. Let's go."

And he leaped onto Sharpedo, and immediately swam toward the island.

Katherine smiled at Cooper for a moment "You really need a water or flying Pokemon" Katherine remarked, Cooper gave her a fake scowl before he noticed one of the guys jumping onto Sharpedo and swimming to the island.

"Hey wait! You can't just swim there, we need to stick together and plan at the docks! Otherwise they will be onto us" Cooper exclaimed.

"We don't know if they got water types there" Katherine said, she looked at Gyarados before leaping onto him.

"Kath, where are you going?" Cooper asked.

"Don't worry I will make sure he does not blow our cover too soon" Katherine said, to be truth she couldn't help to think something was off about him. Gyarados placed it's entire body in the water and had the head out as Katherine rode on it.

"You heard me, Zeus. Hit the bottom as soon as the coin drops, and bring a rock up to show got there."

Jordan tossed the coin into the air, watching as it began to fall back down.

Zaar noticed that Jordan and Lan were having a contest of some sort...

"How meaningless and trivial...I will show them the reasons they shouldn't be lollygagging like this..."

OOC: Cue Jaws theme. 8D

IC: Zaar's Sharpedo dived under the water, ready to strike that Zeus. Then, the shark lashed out with a Skull Bash, speeding foward like a torpedo...

Lan was ready to let out a battle cry when he saw a sharpedo coming at zeuss. "Zeuss look out! Dragonite, ram the sharpedo!" Lan ordered. Dragonit flew over and knocked sharpedo back down, but was injured. Lan pulled dragonite onto the boat and realized a little rest would cure him. "Who is that sharpedos trainer!!!" Lan yelled.
