"Icy Wind!" Alma yelled, getting the Seismitoad to inhale and breathe a current of snow and wind at Garchomp, aiming to weaken it before the Dragon Tail hit. Once struck, it set Jishin flying, but the Dragon Tail also hit the Rocky Helmet the Seismitoad was wearing.

"...The last Wawvesta looked mowe wike a pet than a fightew." Cassie commented, using her finger to adjust her glasses.

"Oh, good grief." Tiarra sighed as Garchomp stumbled back to her. "I'm sorry, I know you've had enough." She immediately recalled it and pulled out another Ball. "Consider Garchomp out." She called, sending out a Heracross.

"They all have been. In the course of my time, I had given birth to 21 Larvestas, one for each month."

Out came a flurry of movement, it belonging to a Infernape that came out of a Pokeball, screeching in excitement. "Goku, calm yourself." Alma ordered.

"...How awe you- oh. Geneticawwy enhanced. Wight. Nevew mind." Cassie muttered, rubbing her temples.

"Oh, great. Figures." Tiarra sighed. Heracross planted his feet and held up his fists to show he didn't fear the fire-type.

"Mach Punch." Alma ordered, getting the Fire-Fighting type to start running at Heracross, throwing a barrage of energy punches.

"I've raised them like my own, training them and raising them until they become Volcaronas themselves, at which time, I allow them to be free." Helen added, voice cracking a bit at the last bit, meaning she had to see off some of her children.

"Counter!" Tiarra ordered swiftly. On command, Heracross took a left-facing stance, holding his left arm up to defend, and his right arm horizontally behind his right, and started glowing red. After absorbing several blows, he dropped his right arm, and swung a backfist punch with his left that dealt all the damage the punches had dealt, but double.

Cassie nodded thoughtfully. "That's kind of how my pawents fewt when I weft to come hewe." She commented. "It took a wot of begging just to get them to say yes, and even then they acted wike they wewe gonna go back on it."

Goku grunted when the Counter landed, sending him back. "Blaze Kick!" Alma yelled, getting Goku to jump onto his feet and spun in place at high speeds. He then stopped to show white-hot feet, which was beginning to turn the ground into igneous rock as his hot feet started melting the ground below his feet.

"They must have really cared for you, then." Helen said, looking at Cassie.

"Oh, don't get me stawted." Cassie groaned. "I'm gwatefuw, but there's a wimit to how much you can howd someone down."

"Uh oh! That's crazy! Vacuum Wave!" Tiarra shouted. Heracross waved his arm until it glowed, then threw a punch and fired off a fist-shaped energy wave.

Goku crossed his arms to take the hit, then he blasted off, running towards the Heracross at great speeds, leaving fiery footprints in his wake. "Close Combat!" She yelled, getting Goku to jump at Heracross and kick at blinding speeds, pounding him throughly with hot feet.

"That bad, huh?" Helen asked, looking at her newest Egg.

"Imagine being the youngest of thwee chiwdwen and constantly under extwemewy tight watch." Cassie sighed. "I couldn't do anything with 'needing' an escowt."

"Uh oh! Endure!" Tiarra shouted. Heracross planted his feet and crossed his arms, holding his ground against the heavy assault.

"Oh my." Helen said, shocked that her parents were like that.

Goku finished the combo with a drop kick, panting at the effort it took to heavily damage the Single Horn Pokemon. He then smirked at what he left behind: a Burn.

Heracross smirked as well, despite its burn. The reason for this was that its opponent unwittingly activated its Guts ability. "Do it! Earthquake!" Tiarra shouted. Heracross obliged by rearing back and punching the ground, sending out massive shockwaves that forced Tiarra to jump in time with them.

"At weast my sibwings kept peopwe from bothewing me." Cassie sighed. "But at the same time, they dwove off any fwiends."

"Ah shit!" Alma yelled as she jumped to avoid them, while Goku got slammed hard by the Ground-type attack, sending him crashing onto the ground. He slowly got up, hissing in pain as he did so. "Goku, you okay?!" Alma yelled, getting the primate to give her a thumbs up. "Alright, go all out! Release the fire storm!" Alma yelled, getting the Infernape's flame to shrink as he inhaled deeply, getting his chest to swell up in size.

"Aw... At least they would be hard pressed to drive us away." Helen said with a chuckle, pulling Cassie into a hug.

"Don't let 'em! Reversal!" Tiarra shouted. Heracross winced from his burn, then charged forward, prepping a glowing fist to attack. Since he was on his last legs, this was undoubtedly going to hurt.

"Wah?!" Cassie sputtered, going limp. "So... you'we not gonna huwt me?"

"Blast Burn, fire!" Alma yelled, getting the Infernape to unleash a powerful stream of fire that struck the Heracross hard, sending it flying from the attack into the sky.

"Nah, I'm not." Helen said, rubbing Cassie's head. "She has reason to ask that question." Silvia said, chucking a Popsicle stick at the Sun Pokemon Hybrid.
