"That's a little creepy, Calvin." Alma said, walking to the boy in question after recovering from being flung across the room, having returned Honoo.

"That's not what I said." Adam stated dryly. "I said that there must be something inside of that sphere, a Pokemon."

"So how do we get past the field and break the damn thing open? It's not impenetrable, dammit!" Calvin asked, venting his frustration by swinging a backfist punch at the wall.

"Calvin, know someone with Feint?" Alma asked, smiling as she implied the field was a stabilized Protect field.

"Yeah, both me and Pikachu have access to it." Calvin said, nodding as she realized where this was going. "Let's give that a shot." He quickly transformed, and both he and Pikachu ran at the field with a glowing fist and tail, respectively.

"What are you planning?" Adam wondered curiously.

"To see if the force field is a Protect field stabilized." Alma explained.

"There's gotta be a way to pierce through." Adam frowned.

"You puny humans really think you can get past me!" came a voice from inside the sphere, causing Adam to raise his head.

"Everything has a solution." Calvin said. "Even you, mysterious being. Because nothing is perfect."

"Calvin, use Taunt and Torment." Alma said, sounding like she was anticipating a big fight to occur at any moment.

"Honchkrow, Pawniard, you heard the woman." Calvin barked. The two Pokémon nodded, using their respective attacks.

"That isn't gonna work." the sphere pointed out with a bored tone. "You humans really think anything you do will work always understimating thing and trying when you know there's no solution, such stupidity."

"Everything has a solution." Calvin growled. "Everything and everyone was obviously made by someone or something, and by the same token, can be unmade. It's just a matter of finding the appropriate means of unmaking."

"If we stopped trying for everything, our very existence would be boring" Perry muttered as Gardevoir and Gallade stood on guard for an attack.

"You do realize I could just crush thsi girl's body right." the voice stated as Maria floated off the ground. "In one second."
