"Now I don't have a partner," Maria pouted before getting up from the seat and walking over to Imogen. "Hey wanna be partners?"
Imogen rolled her eyes. On one side, she'd dare not partner with somebod that was not a Golden Dorm student, but then again, she liked manipulating people and this was an easy chance to do no work and take advantage of Maria. Time to turn to sweetness on.
"Of course, we're going to be such a good pair" she said yanking Maria next to her. She looked at the Golden Boys. "Shoo, only us girls here" she ordered.
"Imogen, Imogen Digby" she fakely smiled, holding back her hand. "Just got my nails done" she lied not wanting to shake her hand.
"Of course" she nodded before turning her face away and making silent sick noises. She then turned back to face Maria. "I didn't really bring any writing items and because I've just done my nails, I'm guess you'll get it all down" she smiled before looking at the teacher.
Tyson hadn't partnered up yet, and was beginning to get a little nervous that he would have to do the lab alone. He looked around frantically and saw Maria sitting with a girl from Golden Dorm. It was obvious that the new girl was bossing around Maria, and Tyson felt bad about it. He walked up to the table and spoke to the pair. "Any chance we can form a group of three?" Tyson asked. He would have preformed the lab by himself, but he didn't want Maria to do the work by herself. Since the Golden Dorm girl probably wouldn't do any work anyways, Maria and Tyson would basically be in their own group.
Great, talk about a nuisance thought Imogen. "Of course, the more the merrier" she said as she looked at the boy. "I'm Imogen" she added.
"Nice to meet you, Imogen," Tyson fake smiled back at her. Tyson looked around before seeing another Golden Dorm kid, this one a boy. He didn't appear to have a partner. "Oh wait, it looks like that guy doesn't have a partner. I think that the teacher would want me to join his group instead. Sorry," Tyson said with a sympathetic look aimed at Maria.
Tyson walked over to the Golden Dorm boy, Sean. "Any chance you would partner with me?" Tyson asked.
"And then there are those who don't want partners." Calvin said to himself. "No consideration for those who just want to get the job done right, without having to worry about excess baggage to slow them down." He tapped his foot, and looked at the so-called 'Golden' students. "Society sure has gone downhill."
"Cool," Tyson muttered to himself as he sat down. He pulled out a random pokeball and began tossing it around in his hand, waiting for the teacher to get started.
Realizing what Sean was playing at, Tyson decided to make a joke out of it. He pulled out his own journal and wrote the name 'Tyson' on it. He gestured it to Sean.
